Location was okay, it tooks 15 minutes from Airport to the property. The guy, Namin helped out to get our keys and give us information about some details on property.

1. On our arrival date we had nearly waited 30 minutes to meet someone from staff and get our keys. Considering that it was midnight and the weather was cold, that was unpleasant situation. 2. We had stayed on the other part of the property and didn't know that there was some kind of lobby until we accidentally finded it out. It would be better if we got any more detailed infos on our arrival date.

The hosts were charming and caring. This is more of a guesthouse rather than a traditional hotel -- and is experienced accordingly. You can cook your own meals, make coffee or tea whenever you like, even enjoy delicious home-made milk! The living/dining area provides for good multicultural conversations while rooms are clean, secluded and silent.

Some details could be improved greatly, for instance: my (satin👍) bedsheets had pellets on them, and the mattress was a bit knolly. Showerhead couldn't be switched from tropical to normal showerhead, and the duvet cover was thorn on the entrance. However, these small details did not spoil my stay, the overall calm design and demeanor of the place coupled together with a cosmic view for a good price was exactly what I needed for these couple of nights.

Adlan, who is, I guess, the owner, is extremely nice. We’ve spent only several hours in the hotel before our flight. He did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The shower could be better, water pressure was not strong enough. But enough to take shower.

Very friendly owner and stuff. They met me with wine and Check-in was super easy and fast. Very clean inside. It doesn’t look like hotel, it’s house with different rooms with private bathrooms and common kitchen. That makes friendly atmosphere. Very close to center, restaurants and shops. Owner is always there and ready to help.

Bad noise insulation

This guest house became a home for a few days. The staff is amazing and the hospitality in this hotel has been just the best experience ever. All of them were very helpful in all aspects. The kitchenette was almost a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were super clean. The location is at a tiny bit of a hill but it is very close to the Old Tbilisi and all the restaurants, tourist attractions and the bars. We are definitely going back when we are there next! Thank you for everyone to make our stay as comfortable as it could be!

The owners are very nice and friendly. Always helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful. A lot of nice people. There's a kitchen where you can cook, if you want. The location is wonderful. The very center is in 5 minutes, but the place itself is quite. Definitely will stay here again.

The hosts are very nice and friendly, and there is a truly cozy atmosphere. The full-height windows in the room give you an impression of being in a garden, plus there is a lot of light and you can see the Tbilisi skyline.

The location just close to the old city. Fabulous. There was a force major with our friends' booking and the Guest house was quick to help and book them in in the middle of the Night. Really appreciate that.

Amazing place. Great hosts. The place was once a very old Armenian Church now turned into Hotel. Located in the prime area of Tbilisi with everything nearby. Many beautiful Churches are just 10 minutes walk away. Cobble stone streets and the entire vibe will take you back in time with the touch of modernity. I could rate it 100 stars.
