The rooms were fresh, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, a good variety and again all very fresh. The staff were very helpful and I have to confess their English is much better than our French. No tea/ coffee/ water in the room but it was available 24/7 (free) from the breakfast area. The coffee was proper bean to cup, not instant and the tea was again good quality loose tea with tea pots or you could fill your own tea bag. Only a short walk to the old part of Laval which is a delightful place and the parks are beautiful.

The rooms are very quiet apart from when the toilets are flushed and then the sounds of water galloping down the waste pipes are a little loud and the rooms at the front did get a little noise from passing traffic although I have to say I didn't notice it that much.

Excellent location. Between train and historic area. Easy 5 to 10 min walks. Supermarket a few minutes walk Warm welcoming staff. The usual ibis styles brand. Rooms small but well designed. And always the super comfy bed and pillows. Window able to open for good ventilation. Seemed very quiet. Good nights sleep. Recommend but the price for me was not wonderful value for money.

Ibis styles breakfast always included in price. Not ideal if the breakfast does not have anything for folk trying to move away from processed food onto a largely plant based diet. One bowl of apples insufficient. No fresh vegetables. Nuts. Seeds. Etc. Should be able to opt out if not able to provide a healthier breakfast.

The breakfast was very good and available from early morning with a good selection of fresh and tasty food. The rooms are spacious and en suite with enough storage for a few clothes. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite and the residents bar is an excellent facility.

I didn't book parking beforehand but was able to secure a space at an extra cost, please note that parking is extremely limited in the underground secure facility, if not available which I expect is the norm then it's on street outside the hotel.

Modern, clean & a great location The staff were very friendly & couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to the manager Aline who gave us excellent suggestions to eat & places to visit and was always happy to help.

Great, great, great!!! The hotel was 8 minutes walk from the main Laval train station. The main reception included a bar/dining area. You could tell the whole hotel design had been thought through and looked almost brand new. The bedroom was immaculate and had the same attention to detail in the design as the reception. The double bed was definitely larger than a normal standard double, which was lovely, and the mattress was just firm enough not to be springy or too soft, but with nice plump pillows; a third spare pillow was in the room. The air conditioner was great to be able to keep cool at night and a timer towel radiator in the bathroom meant that I was able to have a hot towel when stepping out of the shower! The shower head was very large and right above my head, with a thermostatic control which delivered a strong and lovely warm supply of water without any interruption. The breakfast was served with a good continental selection too! Finally, the staff were just genuinely lovely!

For the price I paid, it’s very hard to think of any negatives. Instead, the only improvement I would think to suggest would be the inclusion of a courtesy iron and ironing board. But that’s the only thing I could think of without going into items which would be unnecessary or would increase the price.

Very nice place,very easy to find,in the Town centre,and two minutes off the Velo Francette cycle route.Room was excellent,as was the shower,and I could secure my bike in the room,good choice at breakfast.

We hired in total about 40 rooms for a wedding this week and our stay has been fantastic. Roberto and the team were very attentive to what we needed and often went out of his way to help us in other issues. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff very friendly . The breakfast was always fresh. I would happily stay there again.

they only have a few parking slots so you need to book well in advance to get one. They can however give you alternative options to park close by.

Clean, comfy. continental breakfast, fresh and tasty. Fantastic location. Parking is available on the road outside. Free from 6 pm until 9 am, otherwise reasonable fee. Drinks available from the restaurant area anytime. Slept very well
