Fantastic location, excellent staff, absolutely beautiful and lots of activities included during the stay. Had a wonderful time :)

The mattress was soft foam which wasn’t supportive and compressed as you lay on it so you could feel the base underneath and made it a little uncomfortable to sleep, particularly if you already have a bad back as offers no support

I loved my time at Likuri, all the staff were wonderful and really showcased the well-known Fijian hospitality. All the food was delicious and plentiful, and my room in the beach bure was perfect. I met a lot of really great guests and formed some friendships in a few short days. I'd definitely return to this little piece of paradise

Being bitten by mosquitos haha but that is just the tropics for you!

We stayed at Likuri Island for 3 nights and wish we stayed longer. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, there are so many daily activities you can choose to participate in or just relax by the beach and read a book if you choose! We had a beach front bure and it was so comfortable, we loved the outdoor shower and the view from the deck was calm and peaceful. The daily food was delicious, we tried lots of local food. We were with our 10 month baby and was baby friendly, but more so for older kids, its a paradise for them!

There's nothing much I can say except the beach had a lot of seaweed and not the clearest water, but still nice.

We stayed 6 nights on Likuri Island and loved our stay! The sea is beautiful, the food is great, the staff are so friendly and kind, and the activities are the perfect level! The shows are also amazing - we were on the island for 3 stays and enjoyed the change in atmosphere and energy when the boats of visitors arrived. And the best part was that we got to stay when they all had to leave at the end of the night and travel back to their hotels!

There are also lots of additional costs on top of the nightly rate - I think it's all fair, but as a lot of these costs are mandatory (e.g. the meal plan) I would prefer them to be included in the nightly rate. This would make the cost of your stay easier to see when you first book, and would also mean you can pay through booking.com so you don't endure additional card fees when you arrive.

Stunning tropical landscape Beautiful friendly staff that made you feel like family Plenty of delicious freshly made food

After a week the picnic bench seats get VERY uncomfortable. Need to replace aged lounge chair cushions. Need to offer a range of desserts for the price of the food package.

We had an excellent long weekend on the island and were truly impressed by the incredible effort the staff put into entertaining guests. From kokoda cooking and coconut gathering to kava ceremonies, crab soup cooking, hot stone walking, bonfire nights, games, and snorkeling—these are just a few of the many amazing activities we enjoyed! But what we loved the most was the breathtaking Fijian dance performances—so vibrant, energetic, and full of tradition. Thank you, guys, for making our stay so special. You were absolutely amazing!

Some basic toiletries would be helpful. Also, adding rails in the bathroom and near the beds for hanging items would be a great improvement.

Nice place with a lot of activities and entertainment as they have day trippers coming and going from the island most days. Food was good - better when there were no day trippers if I'm being honest. Definitely recommend the bigger accommodation after seeing the smaller options.

Honestly I kind of wanted to cancel the booking before arriving after all the back and forth on what seemed to be ever increasing costs. When I arrived initially I didn't feel much better about the situation as I was asked for money straight away and didn't even have the 1 hour timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner told to me - had to ask another guest for these. No WiFi on the island is a disappointment and having to justify why you want to buy a package was a bit much in my opinion - letting people know you have arrived safely shouldn't be a discussion.

Likuri Island was incredible and a "world away" from life in America. Up front, the staff and people were amazingly welcoming and ensured for us all a remarkable South Pacific Island stay with enthusiasm and grace. The situation was very unique with a boat ride to the Island along a wide river arriving at the very remote feeling island. The bures with grass roofs fit well in the palm trees. It was a very relaxing experience with lovely Fijian music playing and fun opportunities to learn things that all Fijians learn: palm weaving into baskets, tree climbing for coconuts, line fishing and medicinal plant walks. Food was plentiful and delicious and the local dancing, fire walking, fire dancing programs (tourists from the UK, America, India, Australia) all agreed were the best they had ever experienced anywhere...and done by our own amazing staff. Incredible. A few cyclonic type storms blew in which only added to the experience. This was an amazing experience in a natural South Pacific Island setting and we loved it!

We did not get good snorkeling as Likuri Island is at the mouth of a large river which had had recent storms. We enjoyed snorkeling elsewhere so not an issue for us.

The staff are amazing..every single one of them..they work so hard to make the resort run smoothly.. we loved our little hut with a thatched roof and tiny door, we loved the open air bathroom, the bed was firm and so comfy. If you prefer 5 star book the fancy beachfront duolexes. The food is delicious the daily hot breakfast is so plentiful, lunch and dinner always proteins fish chicken pork beef, salads, eggplant or spinach in coconut milk, curries..The setting is idyllic beautiful clear water really paradise. Activities are plentiful if the weather is rainy or overcast. The island shows are amazing especially the evening ones. Perfect balance if relaxation and fun!

It was a minor thing for us but more towels needed. Being an island all the laundry is taken to the mainland..sometimes there were pool/beach towels sometimes there weren't. Sometimes housekeeping take your bathroom towels but make sure you ask for more! Housekeeping meant to be every 3 days but sometimes this doesn't happen, again ask for what you need. This didn't worry us. Again really minor considering all the wonderful glowing things I reported on but More table tennis bats..get 10 from Temu!! We were curious about sustainability and they have master plans for solar and doing away with rhe daily free plastic bottles of water they give you so it's coming! Remember they are still recovering from Covid times.

The staff there are absolutely amazing ! They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is having a good time. The main show they put on 3 times a week is spectacular and worth watching even if you can only manage to come for a day trip. The island itself is beautiful and not too far from mainland or Nadi, so it minimises travel time.

Yes the food package price is expensive for what it is (and no, it is not in line with the rest of Fiji as I read on other reviews) BUT, if it contributes to them paying their amazing staff a good wage then it is money well spent. Also, be aware that it is 26$ pp, per way for the bus AND 51$ pp, per way for the boat. Once you have all that info then you're good to go !
