Clean. Good restaurant. Location.

Poor signage from Airport Train terminal to Hotel. Information on shuttle bus to hotel out of date and wrong. Airport Information desk also had wrong information, so directed us to get the shuttle bus that no longer runs.

Did not have the breakfast ( it wasn’t included and it was too early anyway as we had to leave at 5:30am One of the reception people was very helpful (Nicu)

I booked a room “ standard king” When we got to the room it was a Queen bed. The female receptionist insisted it was t the bed that was a king but the room. I did it agree with this answer and it was only after speaking with Nicu he changed us from the room to the room with a king. I was t happy with being told that the first room I was given was what I had paid for. Now another thing which I can’t confirm is that I thought the shuttle was free… I was told one had to pay. I couldn’t find anything in my booking that said this one way or another. We walked to Terminal 1 anyway it only took 7 minutes.

Very postive experience. Suprised our expectations given it was an airport hotel. Hotel seemed to be freshly decorated. Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Felt comfortable.

Had issues with the aircon. Room was very warm despite it being February. We had to sleep with the window open but the planes didn't cause any issue.

Hotel difficult to get to by foot from train stations. Slow service in restaurant in evening. Poor lighting in room at night. Had to use an external provider for shuttle which was expensive for the journey to to Terminal 2.

Greeting from reception staff was incrediblly welcoming and informative. We had a to wait no more than a couple of moments to check in but in view of our 'pateince'we were given a voucher for a free drink each from the bar. We were lucky to be allocated an extremely quiet room at the back of the hotel and couldn't hear the airport noise at all despite its proximity. Never stayed her before but will definitely be back!

When we booked the website details didn't. make it clear it had TWO restaurants as well as the bar. In view of this we went to eat at a neighbouring hotel before checking in! This was a real shame as the restaurant menu looked great.

For such a low price of room purchase we were stunned to see how high class everything inside in the Crowne Plaza was. Room was spotless, with class complementary items left for us and a touching welcome on the TV - which was also very advanced. Downstairs, the staff were helpful and friendly, and after being rocked into the ground by Springsteen and the E Street Band I can't stress how grateful I am that the airport bar was still open when we returned around midnight. Not long after being served Last Orders were called for, but rather than just shout, the bartender actually came over and asked if we'd want anymore drinks to ensure we didn't miss out. Brilliant.

After touring for 2 weeks and sleeping in a variety of beds and bedding it was a dream to sleep in a wonderful bed and sheets at the Crown Plaza at Manchester airport. Excellent! Reception staff extremely helpful for a variety of personal issues. Thank you!

Not exactly the property- but for the cost of the room I would have expected a courtesy bus to pick us up from the station. We then decided to walk but the signage for in fact any of the hotels at the airport was nonexistent so we wasted time and effort wandering around before we arrived at hotel. Obviously an airport design issue - not thinking about pedestrians only cars and drivers. Restaurant: service good but kitchen could be a bit more creative.

We could not see the hotel from the airport and was not able to explain where we were for courtesy bus to locate us. We walked. No signage pointing us in right direction. Walking was a nightmare as we could not find a safe pathway. The path we could find was after crossing 2 very busy carriageways. Once on the right direction the path was of very poor quality and we could see bits of broken suitcases scattered about. It was a difficult task pushing 4 suitcases between 2. Something has to be done to help people get to hotel from airport and know where they are

The location from the airport is perfect. Quiet and out of the way of the chaos. We had a very late check in and were greeted by Orlando who was extremely welcoming and friendly. We opted to add breakfast to our stay for £12.95 each and found that it was a really great little buffet style breakfast with everything you could want. Great value for money. The coffee was also lovely which was a pleasant surprise! The room was well stocked with toiletries, everywhere was lovely and clean too.

My only criticism which is just me being picky was the fact the floor is carpeted and made it difficult to drag my (very) heavy suitcase.

The location was good beside the hotel, the hotel was very clean and reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed to find the hotel charged for an airport terminal transfer whereas other airport hotels offer these for free. Also the price of the shuttle was over priced considering how close the terminal was, we would have walked it had we not had cases and hand luggage. This lets the hotel down. Also next time I will book a hotel with a good B and B offer as the breakfast was also expensive. Considering the unnecessary overpriced breakfast and shuttler service I would book an alternative hotel next time.
