THE most beautiful property in Miami! Loved EVERY second of it…the room was just magical, lobby and restaurants amazing (great sushi on roof top!), breakfast to die for (buffet version was AMAZING - for health conscious people, a heaven - with quinoa salads, plenty of avocados, fresh vegetables, tones of fruits…), outdoor pools, beach chairs…omg the stuff got us the champagne for my birthday girlfriend and fine chocholates…just THE best hotel ever, really. And I own one in Croatia on the Adriatic coast…so from profesional perspective: well done owners! And managers 👍💪🫶

The service lady didn’t seem to respect that I returned to the room in the middle of her cleaning. I let her out, went to the toilet, and she let herself in again…while i was on the toilet with open doors…i finished my stuff, and then went to the room to kindly ask her to wait outside as I needed to change clothes and was in hurry, but she refused and told me - I am almost finished mam, kept repaeting this sentence and finishing with cleaning 😳😵‍💫 like, sorry, but I am in hurry and you should be waiting me, not the other way around! She didn’t speek english the best so…she just kept repeating I am finished and didn’t leave the room. Like wtf😳😱

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and from the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed. The staff takes great care of you with attentiveness and kindness. I especially loved the hydration station in the lobby with infused water and fresh fruit—such a thoughtful and generous touch. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, featuring a wide array of delicious options made from the freshest ingredients. The juices were incredible, and the variety was everything you could imagine. They also have healthy restaurants on-site with thoughtfully curated menus that promote a wholesome lifestyle. Additionally, the toiletries provided, like shampoos and creams, were all-natural, organic, and holistic, adding a beautiful energy to the overall experience. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to make it special, even offering us a lovely upgrade. Overall, the service was outstanding. For me, this is the best hotel experience in Miami.

restaurants are great, food was delicious in every restaurant in the hotel. beach access is easy and beach service is comfortable. also liked that it was very environmentally friendly. room was modern with soft colors and high quality products, it has a home away from home feel.

pools get extremely busy and hotel guests are not prioritized so if you want a space you have to go early in the morning and get in the line to find a good spot. also they get very busy on the weekends that it is not very enjoyable. more of a place to see and be seen.

The hotel is really quite nice and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Very impressive and friendly. It was surprising to see the number of pools - although, you really should not be airing political news programs on the TVs. Very distasteful, to the point of not returning. So surprising that the pool bar tv had on extreme political content.

We thank Anthony from the reception for everything. He took very good care of us and was very helpful. We were very comfortable and peaceful during the days we stayed at the hotel. It was very good that the hotel's car took us to the places we wanted. The housekeeping staff also does a very good job. We will definitely come again.

Very cool hotel! Loved the lobby, always fun, busy & buzzy! Rooftop restaurant was also lovely, gym great & loved the lobby cafe too. Beds were comfy. Staff were all fantastic with special mention to Angel on front desk who went out of his way to look after & was super kind & caring.

Breakfast buffet was ridiculously expensive! And in a window less room, just shocking to charge so much for that! The pool area was ok but v crowded with limited swimming.

The sustainable concept that the Hotel stands by and the amenities were very beautiful. The staff was sincere and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 1 hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture and tasteful decor throughout. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could have asked for. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and luxurious bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the 1 hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
