I loved the location of this property. I was in town for a Wedding as I was DJing it. I booked this property last minute and had a limited time. The front desk was super helpful, I got my room keys and headed up cause I needed to get changed and head out. The room which was 240, the air quality was not good (deep smoke smell) for me as I am an asthmatic. I went back to the front desk clerk who was sincerely shocked to hear this. Since I had to leave and he did offer me another room, but I had to go and didn't have time. I talked to the GM of this matter on that Monday as requested. He was also genuinely surprised to hear this, so I feel like the rest of the rooms would have been fine but I had to get back to the event as guests were about to show up and I was the DJ. Ralph was very kind and accommodating on this matter as I was only there for a few minutes. My intentions were genuine, I just needed a place to crash. If anyone is reading this, maybe don't be in a rush to check in if you have to leave. This Hotel will make things right just make sure you have the proper time needed. Everyone who I met was super nice and providing a nice Hotel for a great rate.

The night manager Neil was very friendly and complimentary. He checked us in to a room that is in the other side of the construction site, in order to provide the essential peace and quiet we needed. The continental breakfast had a variety of items including sausages, bacon, egg, cereal, two flavors of waffles and juices. It was very convenient to walk down every morning to fill our stomachs. Thank you for a lovely stay. We recommend this hotel for your next trip!

the breakfast was great. location and cleaness

I didn't like the management waking us up and insisted in coming in the room due to power outage. After the fact the management didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Most likely won't come back here,

I loved how close to everything including the freeway it was locations. Also the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was always smiling and helpful. My boys loved the pool, which the 3 times we used it we got lucky and there was no one else there so we got it to ourselves.

The only downside might be that breakfast had to be picked up in the lobby and eating in our room, but there were 2 chairs in the room so it was not a big deal.

The rooms are clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes, breakfast was ok, one staff making your plate of food. There will be a line in the lobby for breakfast. No tables to eat at. Overall the stay was 8 out of 10.

This is a place for passing thru truckers and construction workers. They like to hang out in the parking lot in the evening, smoking and drinking. I wasn’t bothered by it

Breakfast was great, having someone facilitate breakfast instead of it being a free for all made things way easier. I was initially concerned with the back parking lot and safety knowing I'd be returning to my room late at night but it was really well lit.

I was followed when I checked in by a gentleman on a bike, to the back lot. It was him and maybe 2 other cars back there besides myself. He stayed in the back lot and watched which room I went in and it didn't seem like he had any other reason to be back there. I did not enjoy that.

Large room, quiet place, helpful staff

The full breakfast was compromised due to unspecified health considerations. Food could be taken to room, but there were no chairs with a table. Minimal food options on weekdays. Yogurt and toast, muffins would have rounded out the egg dish .

The breakfast was good but eating the same food is not appealing. The breakfast items were the same for the 3 days we stayed. The location was convenient for other places to eat. The staff took care of my "deadbolt" concern right away. I was happy that there was a security vehicle onsite but I did not see a security officer. It was a good thing I was able to check in 2 hours earlier for an additional fee of $20. Eventhough the location was on a busy intersection, the traffic noise was minimal.

The driveway needed to be paved. The gravel road was not appealing. The Booking website stated that there was a fitness center but there was none. The WIFI signal was weak. I am sorry to say that this would be the first and last time for us to stay at QI Escondido.

Exceptionally clean and staff very attentive.

I did not appreciate being charged an extra $10 a night for my 14 yr old because they are considered an adult. I have never been to a hotel where they ask the ages of your children and then charge you more. I heard breakfast is delicious but they don't start serving until 8:30am. Why so late? We left at 7:20am for our soccer game so we didn't get breakfast. Other then that, the hotel was comfortable and surprisingly very clean.

everything was great,could use a throw rug in the Jacuzzi sweet but other than that was exceptional! definitely suggesting to family and friends and look forward to staying again!
