Great breakfast, perfect location near the underground. Spacious lobby, comfy room (however it requires a bit better cleaning). A good hotel for city exploring.

There is some work to be done in the area of room cleanness. It seemed that the floors were not vacuumed properly, there were some objects left by previouse occupants of the rooms. The tub requires some serious cleaning. A kettle in a room would be a great addition.

The hotel's location is good and it is close to a metro station. There were also nice cafés, bakeries, and restaurants close by. Having a great gym at the hotel was a nice bonus. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the breakfast room accommodated a lot of people.

The wall-to-wall carpet in the room was not very clean. I guess breakfast can be considered very generous if one eats meat. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians. For vegans, however, the options were quite limited. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast remained the same every day. There were no variations. Maybe some small changes could be applied every now and then? The hotel tries to be greener and does not change towels and take out trash from the room every day. This is a good thing! However, if staying longer than two nights, the trash bin in the room is way too small. The soap, shampoo, and condition dispensers in my room were already empty when checking in. However, the staff fill the dispensers and change towels if asked one day before.

Went for a stand-up show at Falkoner Salen. Very comfortable to have the hotel, restaurant and "theatre" in the same building. We barely needed to leave the hotel, but once we did, there were nice options close by as well. Breakfast was generous as well as its opening hours, the whole hotel had a very nice vibe and show-theme and we liked that the checkout time was at 12 instead of 11. Location was superb and superclose to the metro.

The bathroom had a weird sewer smell, but it might have been a temporary problem. Also, we had to wait pretty long when checking in and out due to the long lines. But all in all, tiny issues :)

The rooms are so comfortable! The beds are fluffy, rooms are super clean and comes with a great view of the street outside. The free breakfast is so beautifully laid out with a nice variety of hot and cold foods, that I look forward to every morning. The hotel has bike rental and a kids room for my boys to run around and burn off energy on rainy days. Their restaurant has delicious food. The hotel is also close to metro station with major train lines. It was easy to get to the center of Copenhagen.

The bathroom floods every time we shower. It started to smell after a few days. AC dripped water onto our luggage.

Great location, near the metro. Amazing breakfast with a lot of various stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room.

Instead of king bed, there were 2 beds that didn't hold together. It was also a bit cold too with no option to set up the temperature. But we asked for a room with a bath and got it for no extra change, which was nice to warm up after spending a day in the cold weather. Also it was impossible to connect the phone to the TV via their own instructions and connecting hdmi was also almost impossible (I got it to work but it was a real pain)

Hotel is very interestingly designed overall, it's connected to the music hall and that was our reason for choosing it. Staff is welcoming and pleasant. Room was standard Scandinavian style, meaning small but efficient. Breakfast offers big variety of food. Hotels location is not central but it's very well connected to the city center since the metro station is in front of the hotel. We went to the concert and it was the best experience to have, since you just take the elevator to your room after finish partying.

Shower sewerage system is bad, there is no option to shower and not flood the bathroom. Water flows away very slowly. Breakfast time tends to be crowded since the seating area is kinda small for the hotel of this size.

Absolutely lovely staff in reception and restaurant........Location is totally superb beside a lovely shopping centre and Metro station. Beautiful breakfast....lots of choice and high quality products .

We asked to have our room serviced after two nights .This was not done and we had to ask at reception when we came home (soaked from torrential rain ) in the evening. Reception staff were very polite and most apologetic as it had been requested on the computer. Towels were sent immediately and an offer of a late room clean was issued.but we declined this as we were exhausted. The general corridor areas could also have been cleaned.Some guests had left take away food outside their room ...it remained there for two of our three days . very disappointing as this was the only thing we didn't like about the hotel.

- Perfect location just next to the metro, a quick ride to anywhere. The area the hotel is situated was great, with lots of cafes and shops, park, and a shopping mall nearby. - It’s a fairly modern hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet - Staff were very friendly and helpful - We used the bar one evening for a drink and it was lovely - Breakfast was good with plenty of options

The location is great, near the metro station, shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the ground floor is generally ok BUT we were told different information about what the kids menu includes each day. One day they forgot the juice and the dessert. The staff of the hotel is really really nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Proper room. Bikes could be rented directly at the reception.

Except for 3 hangers there is no place to put the luggage. We kept our stuff in the suitcase. Internet was not always that good. Worst part - the shower. After 30 seconds the water would not go into the drainage. We thought we had bad luck but at the reception other people were complaining about the same thing. Because of this, there was also mold in the shower. We asked for housecleaning one day but because we were still in the room at 9:15, the room was not done afterwards.

The room was spacious enough for 3 people, quiet with big comfy beds and a spacious shower. Good breakfast with many savory options, a bit less sweet options but not a problem. I loved the freshly baked mini pastries. Nice area with plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafe, close to city center and 3 minutes walk from the metro station. I found the body soap container empty on the very first day, asked reception to fill it up and they came to the room in no time. Friendly staff!

I get the hotel choice of not cleaning the rooms every day to be environmentally friendly. I don't need the bed sheets or the towels to be changed every day, but a quick vacuum clean and rubbish bin change would make the difference. I found dust and some shorts not belonging to us under the bed on my last day, that makes me wonder whether they actually clean under the beds? For the price paid, cleaning should improve.
