This is a small cozy hotel, which is situated right on the well-known Jomfru Ane street, so if you plan to spend your time visiting pubs/cocktail bars/nightclubs in Aalborg - this is exactly the right place. The price is quite cheap (keeping in mind, that this is not a branded hotel). My booking also included breakfast and 50% parking discount (parking spot is located right behind the corner of the street). It is also not far away from water channel and the city centre, so everyone can find their way to enjoy their stay in Aalborg.

There is not much to write about negative things, the only ones that come to mind is that the water flow in the bathroom on the second floor was weak during all time spent there. And the wall cover at the bed heading could use some renovation (but it's status can be seen on the photos when booking).

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy, and my room was as described. The breakfast was decent and I was able to leave my luggage in storage for the day whilst I headed out into the city to explore. All in all a good start and I’d be happy to book this hotel again if I’m ever back in the area.

The hotel is located in a very busy and loud lane which appeared to be the heart of the entertainment district. All good but when I got there at about 21:30 the music playing outside was so loud I could hear it clearly in my room which overlooked the street. I will say however that at 23:00 everything quietened down and I was able to get off to sleep without any problem at all.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. After reading reviews I was a little apprehensive but it was a great location and very safe The room was simple but clean. I'm not a fan of wet rooms as a bathroom but as I was not sharing with anyone it was fine. Main thing the bathroom was clean. It was super hot so no AC made it tough but the window opened like a door so the breeze was perfect I like the fact that the lounge is open for most of the day. As I had a late flight I had somewhere to sit and eat during the day.

The noise from the street on sat night as all the bus are open then. No air con in the room. Breakfast was limited for a vegetarian. A little updating and maintenance work is needed

Central location, fortunately we had a quiet room not overlooking the street, so no noise problem. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good parking instructions by email, and the discount arrangements for the car park worked on exiting. Breakfast was good, although the coffee was not.

Our 'standard' room was tiny, I would seriously recommend upgrading to 'premium' if you are staying for more than one night as there really wasn't room to swing a cat. The hotel reception is up a very steep flight of stairs, so access is a real issue unless you are young and fit and don't have any luggage! The stairs up to the second floor are even worse.

It was such a cheap stay at such short notice! The room was pretty good and we loved our stay. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night. On the Saturday the club nearby and I couldnt get to sleep well that night: the bass was extremely loud and I could also hear lots of party goers talking loudly. On the Sunday it was extremely quiet and couldn’t hear a peep. It was extremely close to ALL the shopping and bars so the location couldn’t be better! If you are going to the clubs and will be out all night, best place to stay

Hotel is centrally located,on the main street of Aalborg where bars and clubs are.very close to main attractions by walk.Staff is amazing,they didn't turned down any of my request,thanks a lot to them for their care and customer focused approach.this was rare in Denmark for me amongst the places i have stayed.breakfast is very rich and delicious.room is nice,beds are comfortable.highly reccomend this place to travellers.

There is nothing that i didn't like.some customers complained about noise,yes the hotel in on main partying street,but i had a room in the back and never heard a noise.you may want to ask for this.

Small however everything you would need. I was there 7 nights solo, 70 years old and female . Never felt unsafe although it’s a very busy street for nightlife. I had a room to the back yard so noise was no problem. Breakfast very impressive for the price of the room.

Nothing , the taxi ordered which I was to meet at the end of the street at 04.30 did not arrive however it was very busy and I took another at 4.40 not really a problem and not the hotels fault.

This hotel is right in the center of everything in Aalborg. I stayed for 11 days. The rooms are the perfect size and are very clean. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast was served hot and was delicious. The lounge area and self-serve coffee and tea that was available throughout the day was a great way to take a break and regroup during a day of museums, sight seeing and shopping.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

A nice place right in the main social area of the town. Great bars and atmosphere - particularly so as Denmark and England in the Euros was on in most places. Good location to explore the area by foot with many other quieter places to sit and eat or have a quiet drink. Car Parking not a problem and the 50% discount offered was welcome, Car Park is just around the corner so no hassle. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of choice and nice and fresh.

Great location in the city center. The hotel was surrounded by bars and nightlife, but our room had good sound proof and there were also ear plugs provided in the room, so we weren't disturbed. The room looked like it was recently refurbished, very nice and tidy. Friendly staff prepared gluten-free buns for breakfast upon request and also gave us tips where to go and what to see in Aalborg. We loved that breakfast was included! Very good price-quality ratio!

It was a little bit hot in the room one night. The bathroom floor stayed wet quite long, would have wished to have something to wipe it off. No air-conditioning. Air vent was a bit noisy, so be prepared for that. No major complaints. We´ll be back if ever in Aalborg again :)
