Everything! We changed accommodation due to being mis-sold an apartment in Split. We found this stunning apartment by luck which we jumped at the chance, especially as it was short notice. We were only there for 3 days but loved every second of it, didn't want to leave. The host was brilliant! Ana was awesome, she was very accommodating, explained all and was very helpful throughout our stay ..thank you Ana! This area of split is still up and coming and currently being done up, but still stunning! Would definitely come back if we went back to this part of split. Also, keep away from the main town centre...toooooo expensive, we found a lovely restaurant called ' Dalmatino which was 15 min walk away, such good value for good quality of food.

It was very nice the Apartment and the service, the pool and the staff.

The location is not so attraktiv. beach is under construction and nearly no small Restaurants apart from the big hotels. The construction at the beach was loud. I guess when they are finished then it will be nice. Since the water is really clean and nice.

This is a lovely property and we had a great stay. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the location can't be better. A short trip to the centre, but very close access - 1 minute walk - to the new promenade. The promenade has beautiful beaches, jumping platform, playground, and picnic areas. We had a beautiful view of all this from our second floor balcony. The apartment itself is new and modern and beautifully decorated. The pool area, after a busy day sightseeing was a bonus. Highly recommend this apartment.

A very small criticism, but the kitchen could benefit from a few more basic utensils, such as tongs.

The apartments were beautiful - very spacious and clean. Ana was amazing, there were lots of us and she ensured we had the best stay. She gave us loads of advice and information to make our trip the best it could be. We didn't get time to use the pool but the views were stunning. Although there was some construction going on at the local beach, it did not affect us in any way- you could not see it from the apartment and definitely could not hear any of the works taking place. We found some ubers struggled to find eol with the works taking place but if you walk down a set of stairs next to the apartment, it takes you to hotel amphora and we had no issues with uber picks up and drop offs from there. Absolutely stunning apartment and would love to stay there again in the future.

No dislikes! We had the best stay with the best views!

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment - it was so nice, clean and comfortable! Very spacious living room, with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a nice private patio where we could sip our wines and enjoy the sea view. Kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and all the basic utensils, pots and pans. It allowed us to cook our own breakfast/dinners. Owner was very nice to come immediately to change the battery of the remote when we reported that we couldn’t switch on the ceiling fan. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

The air conditioning did not allow us to set below 21 degree Celsius. Luckily weather was still cool enough, we could open the windows/doors to cool the rooms, though that means there might be bugs or mozzies coming in.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished and lots of space.The pool was lovely and spotless.The block itself was very quiet and well maintained.

It wasn't clear from the description of the property that there is a huge amount of construction going on all around and the beach it is beside is virtually inaccessible due to all these works.There is mention of construction but not extent of it. Also, we stayed 7 nights and presumed there would be a change of towels or cleaning at mid point, but there wasn't. Finally we arrived late at night and thought there might be a small welcome pack but there was only a bottle of water.

We are just home from a fantastic week here. The apartment has everything you need, it's very clean and well presented with the added bonus of a sea view, day beds on the balcony make this view even better. If you do more than just look at it a 2 minute walk will have you swimming in that clear blue sea. The pool area also makes for an excellent place to relax with plenty of sun-beds for all. Towels for these are also supplied. The host has really thought of everything. Airport pick ups and boat trips can also be arranged, Iva helped us with this and was always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the week which helped make our holiday stress free

The host was great. Gave us a lot of info beforehand with both need to know and good to know info. Also there was easy access with accesscodes instead of keys. The host answered all our questions even though we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was great. It was qlean and the bedrooms had great beds and both bedrooms had bathrooms. We also loved having a private terrace and the view from the apartment was so beautiful.

A bit far from the city center (an hour walk) and some of the surrounding were under constructions at the moment. But it didn’t bother us and this area will be awesome in the coming months and years.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. We were particularly impressed that it had it’s own utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The location is perfect for easy access to the city of Split - an Uber cost about €6 each way - but away from the hustle and bustle and with stunning views over the Adriatic. The Managers/Owners were really accommodating in allowing early check in and late check outs around our flight times which I imagine might not be as easy later in the season but we were very grateful. Znjan Beach is undergoing a major construction programme but none of that was visible from our apartment and noise was minimal.

Large spacious apartment with an amazing sea view. The apartment is well equipped and the pool area also offers great sea views. Senorita Iva who manages the property was very responsive and helpful. Codes are required to access the front door and the apartment itself and we felt the security was very good. It is possible to walk along the coast from the property to the centre of Split. Alternatively there are buses or a taxi.

A large part of the beach outside of the apartment was being redeveloped so a lot of construction was ongoing although it did not really bother us and the soundproofing within the apartment is good. The plans for the redeveloped beach look good.
