Easy access to the beach, restaurant with air conditioner, good food quality but expensive. The personnel is really very nice, but they were overloaded during breakfast. Nice ambience on the beach during the evening.

I personally prefer more calm places. The nature in this place is very nice, but unfortunately from 10:00am there is loud music, all the time.

Beach and grounds were excellent but locale did not offer much in the way of walkable dining or shopping options. Certainly by design but a consideration when considering options for a hotel.

Too aggressive in keeping outside F&B (especially alcohol) out of the property and off the beach. I expect that at a sports event or concert but too rigid for a hotel.

Breakfast is superb! Fresh fruit, natural juices, fresh bread and pastry are some of the types of food you will find. The beach area is very clean and safe, and you can have long walks along the beach.

Sometimes it is too noisy, for example, during activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. We don´t understand why volume has to be so high; in addition, some guests have their own ways to generate extra noise.

The food and service of most of your employees.

- Meals took long. -Security staff should be wearing more comfortable clothing. Being more human towards your staff will keep them longer at their jobs. No need for black pants and shoes and long sleeves please.

Of all the good things the hotel has, the staff is the best. They are very kind and get out of their way to help the guest be comfortable. The rooms are spacious and pretty clean. Beds are really comfortable. The beach is well maintained and breakfast is good.

The menu could have some variety, including healthier options. Most meals are fried. There’s no other restaurant at a walking distance. Pizza is really good.

The area is perfect and loved watching the sunset at night, I loved the prices of drinks and food, I loved the cats on the property, they were so fun and never aggressive, the cleanliness of the resort was great.

The convention next door was a bit busy, there were times where there was to many things happening at once and noise got out of hand but not everywhere so finding a quiet spot was possible. The seating in the restaurant could have had more spots for guests.

The room and facilities here were all superb! It’s a very modern and comfortable hotel right on the beach in a quiet area. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff were lovely, especially Danna, Laura and the lovely older gentleman who served breakfast.

The staff at the beach bar were at times slow to take my order as they congregate round the bar and don’t notice when you need something.

Break fast was amazing, the room was perfect, and from STAFF Wilson at the Restaurant was really kind, he is always super kind, and Laura from the restaurant, also Juan Carlos that help me with luggage and the new guy thats helps with luggage i dont remember his name, but they are all so kind

Staff at the beach, whenever i tried to drink or eat something it was really hard to get to them and when they took my order i had to wait for too long , thats the only thing that i think should be better

The beach was nice and breakfast was great surprisingly the restaurant food was great and the drinks on the beach were good. The staff is professional and friendly.

We well ask for a room in the hotel next time rather than a bungalow maybe

Beach, breakfast, food and room were great. The food is a little expensive but it is great. Internet Wifi worked well.

We wanted a room by the beach, we told the staff at the checkin but they stated that they didn't have rooms available. However, we saw a lot of available rooms by the beach.
