Everything was amazing my friends and I loved it there The breakfast was amazing and the lady that cleaned our room and there was this guy at the front has been very helpful and he speaks English,the location is great and you can walk around easily and you don't have to worry about check out time 24 hrs service. We'll be going back

There was no water in the room and you'll only receive water in the room when it arrives After that there's none, just imagine after drinking and arriving back to your room. You'll have to go back down to get water

The Viaggio exceeded our expectations in several ways. Upon checking in, we were immediately impressed with the elegant common areas. Breakfast was delightful but what impressed us even more was the courteousness and helpfulness of the breakfast staff. The dinner menu was varied and the food was very good, appealingly presented, and reasonably priced. The reception staff was accommodating and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Viaggio and would return there in a heartbeat should we be lucky enough to return to Medellin in the future.

Excellent service received from staff. With special mention of Juan David. Had allways a big welcoming smile and he knows you by name, making you feel special and at home. Not to forget about Juan Esteban, bell boy with it's helpfull advise and allways with a helping spirit. A special thanks to Alejandra, who welcomes us each and every morning for breakfast. She goes the extra mile. In general, all the waiters serving breakfast. Thank you guys for making our stay a pleasant one. And not to forget about our cleaning lady. The blanket looks as if everyday she steams it. Good job. A pitty we did not ask for her name

There is allways room to grow. We do not have a specific item which we did not like.

The rooms are really big and comfortable, the restaurant at the hotel is really good and the breakfast had a bunch of options.

We had an incident with a personal belonging. Nonetheless, the staff at the hotel resolved our problem in the best way possible and we were satisfied with the resolution we got. The purpose of this comment is: always remember to keep your valuables in the safe.

Breakfast is exceptionally good. Eggs cooked to order and plenty of other items. The room is spacious and very clean. The downstairs staff were very helpful with our bags and safety to and from the taxis I had a family of 13 here. I recommended the hotel and was not disappointed.

1. Buy a new non stick egg pan, The cook could not make fried eggs because the pan was always sticking even with the oil, also fix the toaster or buy a new one only one side worked in the 8 days I was in Medellin. 2 The soap dish dispenser was difficult to open in the 7 th floor room, but in our other stay in the PH the sop was easier to use, make sure all rooms have the same. 3. The worst experience is the front desk check in and check out. Very difficult. I had 3 rooms in my name and she couldn't find any reservations even with our confirmation and name. This even though we called to confirm my reservation twice before my arrival.

Breakfast was very nice and abundant Staff was very supportive Hotel's common areas were very comfortable Hours for breakfast were very adaptive for your stay and purposes Hotel is located in a quiet street

Bathroom was open to the room, smells passed to the room Bathroom smelled bad There was no wifi for a complete day The room I had reserved was "not available" and they gave me a suite which had a big tub in it, traveling with my family this seemed very vulgar to be on our room.

The breakfast its amazing and the employees ,Jorge pinela,viviana suarez,anderson, are amazing and has a exellent customer service,the bell boy its a exellent worker .

Need more entertaiment ,music or something because its boring.,the front desk gave me a wrong room but the next day the solve the situation.the young lady in the breakfast area its so rude to ask your roon number,hospitality and customer service its must in the hotel industry,she dont say good morning or nothing,just ask for room number daily.,every time she saw me.

Location is very good, accessible to many activities, calm, fairly quiet and has plenty of parking. Staff is exceptionally accommodating, kind and willing to please. The restaurant is pretty, good decor and ample selection of cold, warm food for breakfast. Have a cook offering omelets, soup and typical foods for breakfast. Has 2 restaurants, plenty of music and service. Food is tasty, but could vary or expand the menu more. Will definitely return and stay there on my next trip to medellin. Moreover, the price for a nightstay in penthouse was exceedingly inexpensive.

Variety of options on dinner menu was repetitive, but tasty and well done. Would prefer more salad options.

We loved everything we ar already planning to go back and will definitely book our stay at at Viaggio again. The staff was very nice and treated us like royalty we felt at home. Viaggio should be very proud of the team they have they all deserve great compensation for all the work they do night and day. There were times I preferred to stay at Viaggio instead of exploring the city that saids a lot. We will come back for more soon. Shout to the bartenders specially Francisco and Jose Daniel they really made our experience top notch.

I can’t think of one thing I didn’t like. Maybe I should had booked the 360 room for better view but that’s my fault. Oh yea maybe have the coffee available 24/7 I got up one day at 4am for a tour and was a little sad that coffee wasn’t in the lobby yet. Other than that everything was great!
