The apartment facilities, co-working, balcony, amenities, bed, and location it was all perfect. I would stay again. The staff was very quick to respond, and they were super helpful. also, they agreed for me to stay a little longer because of my flight without extra cost. That was nice of them. I would stay again. Also, this apartment is in such quiet neighbourhood, i loved it, able to sleep in. It is hard to find quiet apartments in Poblado.

There was only a bathroom, it was super inconvenient. Not even a powder room. They only give you one room key, which is inconvenient when you are staying with another person, as they can't enter the keys if you are not there or if you are doing a different thing.

The property is perfectly situated in a very nice area of Medellín, an organic supermarket is a 5 minute walk away as well as a huge shopping mall, it is also close to the metro The building itself is very clean and well maintained, and the apartment is very comfortable with a fantastic view of the city.

The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and we didn’t end up using it much due to this (only 1 pan, no cooking utensils and chopping board etc) I also asked for our towels to be changed but that never happened. But all in all it is a very good property

The appartment was nice modern and clean with all facilities on arrival. You could do your own laundry for about $5 . You can walk to nearby malls like Santa Fe and Oveido and to the metro Aguacatala. The Staff was very friendly to me and my family.😊

Not every taxi driver knows how to work with a GPS tracker. And they dont know where the hotel is situated. If you want to pick a taxi make sure they can search the directions on there phone otherwise they will drive you around or just drop you off anywhere😊. Or you can tell them its nearby the Aguatala metro station.

Love this Hotel it is the second time I’ve stayed good sleep, good staff, excellent views , great and safe location The only miss have is not all the machines work at the gym and out shower was a little clogged But I will definitely stay here again

The location is in Poblado and very close to restaurants and malls. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, modern and the building has gym for 24 hours, which is fantastic!! The environment is so quiet and there is co workong space near the gym which is wonderful for me to work. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay in this place again when in Medellin.

Great location, nice co-working space. Great for digital nomads or people that need an opportunity to work during the stay. Also great amenities like coffee shop, small market, 24hrs reception.

The room was very loud. Any person walking by or talking in the hallway is heard in the room, impacting sleep and comfort in general.

The apartment is beautiful, has amazing views and the hosts are incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage for us before and after our stay. It's really close to a big shopping mall so we were able to get all of the things we needed for our trip to Colombia. It's incredibly safe and secure as well, with its location being a short Uber trip away from parque poblado where the action is.

This is minor, however, I think that they could have provided a hand towel and a tea towel for washing up dishes. It is self catering, however, I don't think many tourists would have these things to hand.

The Apartments are located in a quite and secure district del Poblado. The location of the Apartments is pretty close to the trade center Santa Fe, where you can find all you might need as a tourist - from money exchange to buying some clothes. If you go a little bit further you will reach Park El Poblado where the whole nightlife of Medellin takes place. The room was clean, they allowed me to check in 1 hour before the official check-in hour, which was very nice of them. The personnel was nice and eager to help. The coworking zone is also a nice spot to have a snack or drink some coffee (a very good one btw).

It wasn't clear how to use the washing machine, or where to find washing powder. The first time I found a small bag near the machine and used it, the second time there was not any on any floor. It seems that you should buy your own (and that I've stolen someone's first time).

Good location in El Poblado. Safe area, walking distance to the supermarket and mall. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a nice stay and had a good view of the city. Price is reasonable for what you get in return. This is an Airbnb type property as the building has tenants and is not a hotel.

Apartment did not have a wine bottle opener but did have wine glasses. To consider for future guests.

When I arrived I was having issues with my payment going thru and the rep came down stairs right away. She was very helpful and it got squared away in just a few minutes. Apartment was really nice, comfortable with a great view. Plenty of hot water too. Small kitchen setup with a microwave, toaster oven, stove top. The toaster oven came in handy for leftovers. The Santafe mall was just about a few minutes away at walking distance. Its really nice and about 5 floors I believe. You can order food from wherever but the mall has a grocery store too. And a bank, pharmacy, and food court. Overall great and central location. The facilities are clean and looked just like in the photos. The gym equipment looked nice even though I didn’t use it. Tbh I got all the workout I needed with all the walking around the city. I'll definitely look them up next time I visit.
