The executive lounge was much quieter for breakfast, the main breakfast place was a busy and noisy. Room, bed and linens very comfortable. Housekeeping were fabulous and laundry service very quick. Location perfect for district 1 & 2 of Yiwu Trade Market, walking distance. The hotel's Chinese restaurant looked after us very well. We choose some dishes then they asked if they could recommend some, They bought loads out and very fairly priced.

Executive lounge could be open for longer or give extended service. Wifi was useless. Could not use it even with a VPN. Had to wait to hotspot off our local agent. The steak restaurant was not open at the time of our visit but there are lots of places nearby to eat at.

Spa center is not so good .Only one sauna have.Not have steam room .Jacuzzi not switch on >Cleanest in the spa center is not so good.I have free 2 pcs free laundry on day by my booking..But after first day when i give to laundry ,coming bill >On the end i not pay that but i think all i must pay in future .I still not give more t short to laundry because i think the hotel not respect rules .Also Marriot bonvoy never put night on my account .I stay many time in hotel.

Location was very good, The rooms were clean unlike the spa.

Spa center doesnt have very good hygiene and its too crowded.The spa needs more facilities,it doesnt have a steam room the staff should clean it better.

The staff were very nice and most of the desk operators could speak English very well , and the staying been nice and cozy. About the hotel, its location is convenient and very close to the futian market and also near to the shangri le glory mall were you can find all what you want for a daily life needs.

Didn't like couple of things related to the room decorations , there is no mirror near to the closet , mirrors only in the rest room. And as an advice for whomever read this , be careful with the mini bar drawers that once you close the drawers you might break the thin and fragile wine glasses in it!!

Firstly, excellent value for money. Very well located. No frills hotel but well suited for the business traveller. No unnecessary excessive stuff. The room is clean, space efficiently utilised and has all the necessary things. Staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast is just enough and not wasteful.

The walls are thin and and that makes the place a bit noisy. One can hear the noise from the near by rooms.

The room was very comfortable. The Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The Lounge bar. A seperate bar where you could unwind would have been better

Great location, great room and good lounge.

Room on first night had defective aircon which was stuck on 26 degrees. Moved to a different room and all was good. No offer of any compensation for no sleep due to heat of room on night one.

Location is good , perfect for walk and market research

Breakfast is good but allways over crowded .. not enough place to sit 😥😥😥
