It is located in one of the best region of Shanghai. The room is so silent, comfort and clean. There is even washing machine inside the room and also many lifts to make guests more convenient.

I would like to have different kind of foods every morning and if it would be possible, I offer to dear manager to make the diversity in breakfasts for every day of week.

room was very good and suitable for a long term stay. Balcony. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again but be more savvy about how they do things, the next time.

location not easy to.reach. metro.is quite far. check in was not made clear regarding the way the room fee and deposit are charged. Breakfast had too many workers constantly checking around. The bathroom.shower apparatus was tricky.

A big and modern hotel, located in a quite central area. There are many restaurants and other facilities in place, able to satisfy each taste. The room was big and well organised, with a small kitchen inside it as well. The breakfast was fresh and daily made, including both sweeties as well as salties (no problems for who is used to have a sweet breakfast).

The pillow were a little bit uncomfortable but, it is not a huge problem. The Wi-fi, sometimes, had problems of connecting to the browser.

Room balcony is a very good feature - will not be stuck indoors all the time. Hotel location is good, convenient and with amenities. Room - good size and clean, bed is comfortable enough. Aircon, lights, shower etc functioned well Breakfast - food spread and quality were good.

In one of the rooms I stayed, the balcony door cannot be closed properly, cannot stay shut. Some power outlets are not working.

not sure the genius room upgrade I was supposed to get was applied...room was the standard one. be advised the need to be very clear on checking into this hotel.(last time 4 weeks ago I was overcharged too).

I chose the hotel purely because it has balconies, so that I can smoke. I had been to this hotel before 10 years ago. The hotel has aged but it is still a fine hotel that serves the purpose for a few days stay.

The location is far away from most places that I had to be, and a convenience store like 7-11 is 5-10 minutes walk

Staff was helpful and ready to serve all the time.

The internet connection, in fact, it barely allowed to check the websites. No swimming pool.

All the family suffer from the bugs in the beds. They are not clean I had to go to the hospital with serious bite and pain

Reception person seem hectic, partly ignoring, booking credit card without clarifying currency first...

Tasty breakfast - European, Japanese and Chinese style, good access to metro line 2, close to Hongqiao railway station and airport.

Noisy construction nearby hotel also nightime.
