the bathroom sink was clogged, toilet seat loose, and hand held shower head broken. We spoke with the front desk, after much discussion the issues were resolved. Took extra effort due to booking.com, however in the end issues resolved to our satisfaction Thank you

that becauses we booked with booking.com we were bounced around by the hotel saying they have no control because we booked with booking.com. From the client prospective, this is not our problem on how the booking works. The hotel is accountable for issues at their hotel. Thank you

Overall our stay was pretty good and the room was a fantastic size for the group of us. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast that was included was decent for a hotel breakfast :) the coffee was strong, they had a lot of options and the staff were friendly and kind.

The only downfall in my opinion were the beds and it wasn't due to their lack of comfort more so the construction as every time one of us moved in the night even turning I felt like we would wake each other. I do also wish they had more protein options or different proteins for breakfast like bacon or sausage (in different form the rounds were disgusting) and scrambled eggs.

The hotel was new and very clean. Staff was always at work cleaning the common areas. Reception staff were very helpful. Our room was large and comfortable with a small fridge and microwave. The location made it easy to get places, Walmart and Shoppers close by. Gas station with Tims right next door.

It was a bit costly considering we were there in late December in PEI but overall a good value for money. My only suggested improvement is better and softer toilet paper! We were there for a week so I went and bought my own..

Right on Main rd but on the edge of a busy area so quiet. Close to shopping,restaurants and events. Worked for us but if you wanted walkable to downtown historic area it is too far . Very clean and modern , comfy beds and friendly staff . Like the rooms have microwaves and mini fridges.

Only compliant was toilet paper was not great. If you wanted to help environment, ask customers to reuse towels. We hung our towels everyday to use again and staff took them and gave us new ones.

Kids really enjoyed breakfast and pool. Husband thought gym facilities were excellent. While I think every pet owner should be responsible enough to be in their own poop bags, I appreciate that there at poop bags available at the back entrance of the hotel to remind guests to clean up after their animals.

Happened to be there on daylight savings time when we sprang forward. I asked for a late check out and got a trivial answer from front desk that “it depended on housekeeping.” At that point, I knew we would not have time to enjoy any facilities in the morning, which was rather disappointing.

Very nice and clean overall. The room was great and sound proof. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very pleasant at check in. Breakfast was good with a few different choices available (cereal, eggs & sausage, toast, bagels, muffins and waffles.

Breakfast area was a bit small when accommodating a group from a tour bus plus other guests. The room mini fridge did not have a small freezer tray/section. Table between the beds is a bit small if you have a cpap machine.

All operating cost items such as breakfast, toilet paper, towels etc are cheap and not up to the quality image you hope to portray. Come on management show a little class. This ,might add $1 or $2 per day to room cost but would add many more to your image. Marketing folks, do some work!

Loved the actual room. First time we had gotten a suite. Had so much room for the 4 of us to move around without feeling crowded like normal rooms. The mattress itself wasn’t too bad but the metal bed frame is terrible. Any movement it made awful noises, made it hard to sleep. Also had great breakfast

it was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious and very nice and super clean. The bathroom was bright and very clean and the water presure was really nice.

if we had to say something was there were a lot of kids running around which could sometimes be a bit loud

The hotel is very new and very clean. There were 4 EV chargers right by the hotel with very reasonable rates ($2 per hour for 8kW). The beds were very comfortable. All bathroom amenities.

Use of paper plates and plastic forks for breakfast. Expected better for more than $300 per night and not very eco friendly. Overall I found the nightly rate to be high.
