Can’t drink the tap water!! But no bottled water supplied or for sale! Had to go to the store. It was due to the big flood of 2021. Maybe they should send a message about this so we can get some bottled water before we arrive. Overhead light and power point in the second bedroom didn’t work so no lamp or phone charging.

the staff was very nice and the room was clean, the motel is also close to a bunch of things like stores, gas stores, subway, the river, pizza places etc. the air conditioning works well too. any small inconveniences i had were due to how long i was staying for it to be inconvenient. definitely wouldn't affect someone staying for shorter time. I had a very nice experience at this motel.

a few small inconveniences (example: the wifi wasn't the greatest) but they didn't affect my trip or happiness.

The location was perfect, because it was right downtown and we could walk everywhere. The rooms looked brand new; we booked queen room with a kitchen and it was well appointed. My friend brought her dog, and we learned that all the rooms are dog friendly.

The only thing I marked down was comfort, mainly due to the parking situation. the interior parking lot was very crowded, and we did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicles inside. Fortunately, Princeton is a safe place, and we happily parked just beside the hotel on the street for free. It is just something to be aware of.

We had a 2-bed suite with stovetop, microwave and 2 small refrigerators. It was well equipped with a coffee maker and kettle which is what we look for! It was very close to all of the attractions in town and to the river walk which we enjoyed a lot. It was also a short drive away to a friend's farm close to Castle Rock. Swan Lake is an amazing destination for birds, animals, trees, grasslands and marshes.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 it’s because the door doesn’t have a chain . I have to say I have had an unpleasant experience when a elderly gentleman opened the door but this happened because I didn’t lock it completely- my fault. I phoned the office guy and he explained me why the person was able to enter the room saying he used the door card. Otherwise I would say everything was clean and the staff is very friendly, approachable and professional.

The location was great, staff were helpful and accommodating, felt safe, good air conditioning! Nice that we had a small microwave in the room and other amenities.

There was a boil water warning in effect so they didn’t supply ice, we thought they could’ve brought bagged ice in and bottled water as we couldn’t use the water unless we boiled it first. We found the bed too soft. The sheer curtains in the room needed to be shortened as they hung over the air conditioner alternating with the heating system.

Fantastic quality room for the price. Room looked recently renovated and was very nice. The boot mat to contain the melt off my winter boots was a nice touch.

9pm check in time seemed early to me. I was delayed in snowstorm coming from Vancouver and felt terrible keeping staff late.

Squeaky clean, nicely remodeled. Comfy beds. Quiet and relaxing.

It was difficult to get to the alcove in the room where the table, chairs, coffee maker etc was, the foot of the bed was just a few inches from a wall corner. We had to move the beds to access the area. There was no nightstand for one of the beds, but we used a chair and it worked fine.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable. The young man who checked me in carried my luggage upstairs - it is clearly an old motel but well maintained inside.

For me, it was the stairs up to my room as I wear braces on my ankles, but I managed, and was pleased at the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

This motel is conveniently located at the main highway access to Princton, and was reasonably quiet given the location. We found it exceptionally clean, with most of the amenities we needed. We were given a pet-friendly corner unit. Rooms with kitchenettes are available. There is a pleasant riverside walk across the street and down 1 block for dog-walking. Thomasina's cafe down the main road is worth a visit.

A small kettle would be a nice addition. The parking lot is small, so you may not be able to park in front of your unit, and the pet-friendly unit is tucked in the back without its own parking area.
