The location is splendid, the beds were comfortable and everything was very good. the staff were very friendly and nice. I will definitely come back. oh, Almost forgot that I loved having AC in the room!

the only thing that I would suggest is having a curtain in each bed to make it a bit more private.

Big open Kitchen space, outdoor patio, there’s still use of the common area, kitchen, and patio after you check out. Thank you to the staff member who helped carry my suitcase down the stairs! Location was great as well! The waterfront city park is close! The grocery store is close too!

When I had arrived I had asked for help with my luggage and the front desk member insisted I leave it in storage. I did it myself but I think what should be noted is if you’re able to help someone out and you can’t do it please try and find another staff member to help!

Staff were super friendly and helpful! Beds & rooms felt clean and fresh. The communal areas are great and really nice to spend time in.

I found the washrooms on the second floor to be less maintained than the ones on the third floor, when I initially walked into the second floor washroom I thought it might have been out of service as there was an unused toilet just sitting facing the door with packaging all around it.

The parking lot is small and hard to get into at times

The bed was comfortable, location ok, however i would have liked to be closer to a grocery store. The room was sufficient. The staff were very helpful and kind and involved with the guests.

The bathroom showers were not really clean, the rest of the bathroom seemed to be clean enough. Sometimes I didn't know the door code when i came home at night because I left early for work and it was not written on the poster before I went out in the morning.

Price and location.

Noise of the street all through the night. First room given to us had broken window. Was closed with a cardboard and some duct tape. After complaining first response was “will send someone to repair”. But later as it was unrepairable in an evening they offered an upgraded room. But I didnt like the first response.

Comfortable beds, great staff and friendly atmosphere. Being downtown and near the lake is ideal!

Having to pay for parking. The lot was not even full. Never had to pay during recent stays. I think if your booking a private room and paying more this should be included. Especially because it bumps the price of the room up to the same as a budget hotel/motel.

The staff at the reception is extremely friendly. Especially CHIKA, She is so helpful and amazing. If she is there, Your stay is comfortable. The place has a very backpackers vibe, which i like. It's a good atmosphere to meet people. Else if you don't like it, no one will bother you as well. Patio is good, there are always good Musicians there, Jamming a bit. Location is good. Cleanliness is also fine.

It's just that there are pancakes for breakfast every day, should be other options as well.

I really loved from the beginning. The young guy front desk he let me stay by myself whole 3 days. Because one lady she smoke weed in room where I supposed to stay. I was so surprised when someone smoked in the room… Then I requested another room which was very nice. Kitchen was very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Helped me to call taxi.

Bed sheet was very dirty and not clean which I didn’t like. And breakfast was not what promised when I booked. TV room was very cold.

The location is great, 5 mins walking from the city center and the lake. Staff is nice and friendly, the kitchen is big and there is a nice patio where it is possible to eat and chill

The breakfast is very poor (only fruits and pancake that you have to make yourself). The room is quite small for 2 people and lack of amenities (a small wardrobe or a shelf in the bathroom for example). Overall it was a good stay tho!
