Location was good.

We arrived and was just wondering if we could check in very early, just trying our luck since we are very tired and needed a rest right away. The lady I spoke with was not really friendly and kind of rude, explaining that housekeeping is not done, again we are trying our luck here, could have just said no and sorry but instead choose to have the long speech on how housekeeping works. But aside from that we enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff were friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is clean although it took us a visit to the front desk to figure out how to turn on the heat. The beds are clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very personable, and the hotel is highway accessible next to several food outlets and service stations so this is were we stay in Valleyview.

The breakfast was good value but the meal did not meet expectations. There were 2 people in the restaurant yet our eggs arrived cold. That put us off enough that we ate elsewhere for the next 2 days. TV reception and Wi-Fi were dodgy at best.

One of the better hotels in town. Location is easy to access with a few amenities in walking distance. Comfortable rooms and clean. Breakfast is inexpensive with several options to choose from - remember to ask for a voucher.

The pool area is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. The front desk staff are present but not particularly helpful. You will need to ask daily for a breakfast voucher and the restaurant serving breakfast is closed on Sundays. The desk staff did not share this information upon arrival. Be aware that alternatives that are open early on a Sunday in this small town are few.

The accommodation was clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the staff were the shining star for both the breakfast and dinner service. The food was amazing, the drinks were soooo good, and the laughs we shared with the staff were the icing on the cake.

The wifi was really spotty, but not a big deal to me.

The night we pulled in, the bearded man with longer hair was extremely accommodating—even helped us carry our baggage—and had the type of personality that would bring me back every time I passed though Valleyview.

The sink didn't drain quickly enough in the bathroom and there were not enough pillows, but those are simple things to rectify.

Clean, liked the fireplaces seating areas. Great pool and hot tub. Requested maintenance and it was done within the hour.

The pillows were too big. Would like to have the option of a flatter pillow. Hot tub could be a degree or two hotter.

A great hotel with a pool, slide and hot tub. Staff were marvelous and the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food with monumental portions!!

Don't have anything bad to say.

Location was great. Rooms were clean and good size.

Could hear everyone talking as they walked down the hall, not soundproof. Was awoken at 4am by very loud pow wow music coming from a room above and across the hall from us. Then banging on the ceiling(their floor) from that same room.

It was quiet and we loved the soft pillows. Great location as well.

The beds were not comfortable and the AC smelled like dusty air. The room cleaners kept knocking before checking out at 11am.

The restaraunt was disgraceful. I ordered a 8oz new your strip steak. What I recieved was a white chunk of pork chop overseasoned to “be a steak”. Couldn’t believe that was the result of a steakhouse.
