Loved the staff, super friendly and our room was kept clean every day and we were given clean towels and new coffee daily. Coffee machine worked well and everything that was provided worked well! The view both in and out of the hotel was also beautiful with many trees all over! Lastly, the hotel is close to everything in Hinton and a decent drive to Jasper!

The hotel had no elevator, (but the staff offered to help bring my luggage up so that was nice!) and there's no pool (but once again the staff was super helpful about places we can go to swim as well as fun activities in the area!) so over all the negatives were cancelled out.

I didn't like the breakfast... that is, there is none at all! There is an egg, yogurt and an apple... no sausage or hot dogs, nothing at all! I think the description should specify that we are serving a light snack, not breakfast... For my wife, who is watching her figure, this is just right, but for me, a big man, it is not enough, I had to buy food in the store to survive until lunch:))

Very friendly staff, clean room, got complementary breakfast (simple but some choices). Bathroom looks new-ish. Lots USB and 2 prone outlets around nightstand. Room was spacious, had a large (red) couch. Room max is only 2 adult but definitely enough space to store/layout plenty of luggage.

You can hear people walking from floor above and outside in the corridor. Personal preference: pillow was too high, mattress was too soft, bed frame *very* squeaky - literally as you sit on the side of the bed, it squeaks. AC unit is controlled by thermostat on wall, very loud and blows directly at curtains (as seen in photo), luckily we were OK with room temp so turned it off the whole night.

staff were very nice and friendly. i was impressed how clean the room was. even the carpet is clean! i dont see this often in hotels. i would go back and stay again. highly recommend!

only thing that surprised me is that, there is no elevator. understanble due to the age of the building. but no biggie if you only have a few bags to carry when you get a room on the 2nd floor.

Clean, new, spacious room. Large comfortable beds. Very good hot breakfast (omelets & sausage, cold cereal, yogurt, juices, etc.). A short walk to a decent restaurant.

Small laundry facility was “out of order”. You could just about say the same for the exercise room.

AC was a bit loud A guest’s kid in the above room was running around until almost midnight

Front desk was amazing, being helpful resolving my issue. This morning, the front desk trainee lent me her personal blow dryer because I, apparently didn't see the one hanging in the bathroom. Had a good giggle. Her trainer was also very nice and chatty.

Very homely room, nice fridge freezer, good tv, good kitchen. Comfy bed. Near beaver boardwalk. Breakfast was good. Loved the visiting cat “miller”

The heating was quite hard to adjust, very warm in room. Had to ask for crockery upon check in, as some missing or badly chipped. Breakfast room very small and dark.

The king-size bed was super comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water for showering and bathing. The staff was friendly and helpful. If anything needed refilled for breakfast or cleaned up it was done with a smile! Definitely would stay there again.

Easy to find. Easy parking. Friendly Reception lady. Great breakfast included. Comfortable and clean.

Very low toilet. The main heater wasn't on as the boiler is off for summer but they gave us a small heater. Shower in bath.
