You arrive as a customer and leave feeling like family❤. Family run hostel with every member of staff warm and attentive to your every need and stay experience. Big beds and rooms,good showers,ultra clean and comfortable with a positive,upbeat but relaxing ambience. Very good location, walking distance from pub street, supermarkets, street food and local Buddhists pagodas. I stayed for one month, wish i could of stayed longer(end of visa). I shall miss all the staff and owners, thankyou for a great stay, hopefully see you all again one day ❤🙏🏾

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff very accommodating. Also genuinely happy, friendly n welcoming. A.C worked well, WiFi never dropped out. Slept well, mattress comfortable, curtains for privacy, dorm room enough space for guests and luggage. Cute pool size, n undercover too, very cool water temperatures throughout the day. Lounge social area is really comfortable n relaxing, n it's an open indoor and outdoor area sharing space with reception and coffee/bar area. Nothing pretentious about this place just a good balance between local style and simple western comfort. The manager is also the owner. He is approachable n is genuinely interested in knowing your experience as a guest here. Honestly, I wish there were more hostels like this one throughout Cambodia.

I prefer being closer to the city center, and on the same side as the city center too. Just a personal preference. Also not enough bathrooms on my floor, but I liked that the toilet was separate to the shower unit.

Staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful! People are right, the pool is fine, more for sticking feet into, or at least, I didn’t see anyone go in. WiFi worked well, there was a problem with hot water at one point but they fixed it while I was there. Top bunks could use some curtains in one of the rooms, but they have them in most others. It’s in a nice location that’s a little away from the main area but has lots of cute cafes to walk to in 3-4 minutes, and the river food market is 6 minutes away. Was never particularly social while I was there, unfortunately.

Best hostel in Siem Reap if you're looking for a peaceful place to fall back. Perfectly located, close to the hustle and bustle of a busy city but also just far away enough to have some peace and quiet. Everything is always kept clean. The food is good, nice Khmer style options on the menu and great coffee. Loads of activities at the front dest for people who want to do some exploring. Finally, the staff are amazing, friendly and made me feel like family. Aways there to help when needed and always smiling. I will miss this place a lot ❤

The hostel has a very chill vibe and is not a party hostel (which is great if you want to get a good sleep after walking around the temples all day). The staff are extremely nice and helpful. There is a small pool although I did not see anyone use it. There is also a cafe on site for drinks and refreshments.

The upper beds have no curtains so if you are bothered by light, it may be better to ask for a bottom bed. Also, there were no locks to the rooms (and the entrance to the hostel was without a lock too) so technically a random person could walk into the rooms. No other issues besides this.

The staff were really friendly and created such a lovely atmosphere. The facilities were all clean and well maintained, the pool is a good size and the lobby/hang out area is a great space to chill out during the day. It’s fantastic for solo travellers as the friendly and generous atmosphere makes it easy to meet and connect with fellow travellers. It’s also short walk to the centre of town, making it easy to get around. This was the best place I stayed in two and a half weeks in Cambodia. I can’t recommend it enough!

Nothing, everything was great!

The pool has more outdoor light than in the pictures which was really nice and the common area downstairs is really good for working with charging ports everywhere. The young boy on reception whose parents run the hostel is AMAZING and so funny. He’s so young but speaks perfect English and can even do native accents for fun. He’s smart and cheerful. The other boys on reception were also super helpful and lovely. They helped me to book my bus even after I’d left the hostel. It was a really good price (cheapest I’d found) for a comfortable ride. Also perfect location. Don’t think I could’ve picked a better location.

The curtains on the beds don’t cover the whole thing and the room itself is kind of dark and isn’t locked - you don’t get given a key (although there are lockers). So if you’re not an experienced traveller then I’d say maybe not a great first hostel to go to. But for the more seasoned travellers who have padlocks for the lockers or don’t mind leaving your stuff about, it’s all good!

I was sweptr away with the kindness and hospitality that was shown me no matter how big or small my request was. Also it was a decent size room and very, very clean. The food was inexpensive and very good. I really loved my stay here. I would definitely come back.

One sink, 1 toilet and 1 shower for the floor., though you could go downstairs if you had to.

Such a cute hostel right in the centre of town. It was 5 minutes from the night market. The beds were comfy and clean with curtains, lights and a socket. The AC was on from 4pm as they advertised and kept the room cool. Downstairs the pool was lovely! Staff are friendly and speak great English. They even organised us a tuk tuk for the day which was great value. There's a cafe but we didn't try anything. Water refill is available!

Nothing. It was great value for money and really nice. There were some mosquitoes but nothing more the hostel could do

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! Especially Darling who gave me a lot of information about tours and activities/bike rental. My room was really large and cosy too!

The placement of the pool was a bit odd since it was in the lobby, I might have used it if it wasn't surrounded by so many people! Also, I put the sign on the door as requested for cleaning but my room wasn't cleaned that day.
