The hotel has everything needed. We stayed for 3 nights. There's a swimming pool and an outside area very nice. The room was clean and, if required, they can clean it everyday. The staff has always been friendly, available and very kind. We enjoyed our time here! The location was central and close to the main attractions (3mins walking)

The room did not have any chair or desk to put our stuff on. The breakfast options seem to be good but a bit expensive compared to the restaurant outside where you can have your breakfast with just 2$. The same for the laundry, excellent service but is cheaper to do it outside (1$/kg instead of 3$/kg)

Breakfast overlooking the pool..wonderfully beautiful experience. The food include 3 choices of breakfast for different eaters. I enjoyed the watermelon and dragonfruit, which I had never seen before or tasted. Great! One of the world's best barber shops across the street. Who knew? One of the best pizza shops in the world with outstanding jalapeño poppers one street over at Bella's Pizza.

My room was adjacent to the balcony and I heard a fair amount of juicy, human going's-on through the shade covering the window. Finally, got up and turned the room light out and with a whispered WTF, a there ensued a mad scramble back to their room and absolute silence. Some lodgers brought back Pub Street to the hotel...not my thing, but then I'm 74 and supposed to quietly disapprove some things.

It certainly offers value for money and is very close to Pub Street, the night markets and other streets for many food choices and drinking choices if you're into that. Reception staff are very friendly but outside of reception the level of English spoken is low. The restaurant staff for example (excluding the gentleman on breakfast) have a very low level of English which for a hotel with international clients is poor I would suggest.

I had several issues with my internet crashing during my 5 days in my room (504) including the last evening when the internet was off everywhere for the whole night. The place is a bit run down and I had to take the pillowcase off once and I was shocked at the stains on the pillow. It should have been replaced years ago! The inclusive breakfast was passable but nothing exciting! You WILL hear noise from the nearby bars until 2AM or later!

Staff was friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. We had a minor problem with our air conditioning, but they were quick to solve it (even at 5am!). The hotel is quite nice and even though the rooms are not too big, they are ideal for couples. You can get to pub street in less than 10min from here and there are plenty of shops/ cafes/restaurants in the area. The beds seemed a bit rundown (it didn’t affect our sleep, but they seemed a bit old).

Everything was great, but I missed having some hooks/ shelves around the room to organize our stuff. This however, was a minor issue. It’s just a suggestion for management:)

The reception staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the pool was super clean.

My only complaint staying in garden facing family room, was I was rudely awoken very early on both mornings by cats fighting and making the most horrendous screaming noises on the roof directly above my room which ruined my entire stay at the hotel, especially as I'm recovering from a heart attack and am a very light sleeper. I strongly urge the owners to put some type of barrier above the two family rooms, to prevent stray cats from wandering onto the roof and ruining what could be a perfect vacation. I will then consider staying at Glow Inn again.

Great small hotel in downtown! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Location is awesome-pub street is just around the corner, however you won't here the noise (at least in the room i stayed). Pool is refreshing and available until 10pm. Breakfast was decent and served fast. Bonus-if you go to Angkor Wat for sunrise-u can get Breakfast to go. Although the check-in and out is by the clock, the option to leave your luggage and explore the city was available-super convenient.

Overall the area is clean, however sun bedchairs can be better looked after.

We visited many hotels in search of a good pool and a cozy hotel. This option is the best of all. I recommend taking a studio with a view of the pool, you will not regret it. I paid $ 20 - it is worth it. It was so good here that we extended it for another 9 nights.

I didn't find any disadvantages. For such a price I have never seen such a room with such a cool pool. It was a shame to leave, I will definitely come again

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with everything. They organized all of our trips to the temples and were always polite. The rooms are simple but clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is very good, just a few steps away from Pub Street but not right in the middle of it so you can still enjoy a calm(ish) atmosphere. Of course, you can hear the music from the bars around but also the best restaurants are very close by in walking distance. Breakfast is always made fresh and one has three options to choose from (sweet breakfast, fried noodles/rice or eggs, ham and toast). I also booked a massage that they do in your room which I highly recommend as well.

The bathroom did not have a shower that is separate from the bathroom but the bathroom is basically the shower. Some rooms did not have a nice view and very little daylight but it didn’t bother me much since I mainly used the room for sleeping.

The cleaning could be a bit more thorough. The design of the bathroom makes it flood every shower but at least there’s a bathmat and it all dries quickly. They could also check that the room safe which is too small for a laptop is left open for the next guest. The linen is also a little tired. However, it’s good value for the price I paid and I would stay here again.

Great location. At most five minute walk from Pub Street, near restaurants and cafés. Quiet. Facilities are exactly like photos. Clean. They have airport pickup service with good price. Can use the pool after checkout. Large room for three people.

Reception staffs changed shift, and sometimes missed each other’s notes. You need to confirm again with the new receptionist if you book anything with a different one the day before, for example. Cat pee smell on my first night. It went away the next day. Wifi was very slow. You can hardly see a video or even a photo. Breakfast was from another restaurant, not made in house, so it was expensive (5 USD compared to 2.5-3 USD breakfast outside) and slow service. Toothpaste was of poor quality.
