Absolutely wonderful old building. Rooms are decorated in individual themes with beautiful detail. Very comfy bed. The owner is so welcoming and accommodating. My checkout time was extended to accommodate my late departure on the train. Convenient and central location, easy walking to all my favourite coffee shops and restaurants. One of the very best places I have stayed in Cambodia.

Pascal, the owner and host, is very friendly, responsive, and amiable. Very tasteful decor and design - one realises immediately that the Pascal has an eye for each detail. Very uncomplicated. Good WIFI. Spotless clean. Very central in Kampot with restaurants, scooter rental, laundry within 2 minutes walk (but still not noisy). Driver organised by Pascal was very reliable, punctual, and we felt very safe. Highly recommended

La Java Bleue is beautifully decorated and each room has a theme. We stayed in the Mekong inspired one and it was very well done. Everything is made so that you feel directly at home and we did. The hotel is centrally located in Kampot so you can walk to nearby restaurants. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended when visiting Kampot and around, we were sad to leave and would for sure go back.

We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. The room and staff were great, and the location is very convenient to restaurants and shops. There was ample parking for our car.

There are several late-night bars close to the hotel, and Friday and Saturday nights were a bit noisy until quite late.

Beautiful and unique property. Room was big, comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel's owners and managers were extremely welcoming and kind. They were very helpful and informative and arranged tours and transfers for us in no time. This was my first time in Kampot and I left wishing to stay longer. Definitely recommend La Java Bleue for your stay in Kampot.

La Java Bleu hotel is exceptionally stylish and tastefully decorated place. It is centrally located in Kampot city and has all one needs for a stress free stay in Kampot. I only staid there one night but I enjoyed the atmosphere and the attentive service. I think it is a perfect stay for solo trips, couples or to stay with friends.

It was beautiful. The owner - an artist - has filled it with carefully chosen art and objects to create a calm, stunning space. Everything works and is well designed (lighting etc). The owner was delightful and gave us good travel advice. The location was perfect. Property was quiet.

This hotel, a lovingly restored old building, is so beautifully decorated with care and taste. The location is amazing - a green oasis right in the middle of the old town. Sarath, who was managing the property, is divine and could not do enough for us.

Great guys, staff . large, elegant room. Close to downtown but quiet. Very close to river. Very strong customer focus. Looking at life out the window in the morning was refreshing. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful French colonial building located in the perfect spot in Kampot. The owners have decorated the rooms beautifully and each one has an individual style. They were also very helpful with booking us transport to our next location.
