Comfortable hotel in great location. Easy to find. Very friendly staff who could speak excellent English which was a plus for me. Fast book in. Secure free parking. Great room with comfortable bed, excellent shower and good Wi-Fi. Fast check out in the morning. Had dinner in the restaurant which was five star. Would highly recommend eating here. Good continental breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. Will return.

The Staff were absolutely amazing, kind caring and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing hot fresh and very tasty. To us the staff can make a difficult situation better, they came out on top.

Because I am partly disabled the stairs were difficult to climb, however I staff member helped us taking our baggage and giving us the information we needed The steps leading into the reception were high and difficult.

The young lady working at the bar, Demour, was very friendly, helpful and we had a bit of a laugh with her. The beer and and food were good and the VFM was also good. 3 of us stayed in a room for 1 night as part of a motorbike tour.

It was all good, the bar was shut when we got back from town, but in retrospect, that was probably a good thing!!

Spacious and cozy room. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Everything was great except the tv didn't have open channels but I managed to cast youtube so it was fine. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

the hotel section could have done with a little bit of TLC(just looked well used) but it was clean and tidy.

Plenty of off road parking. Helpful staff, clean, characterful room with wooden beams on the top floor. Good restaurants with large outdoor area. About ten minutes walk to other restaurants.

I particular liked old house itself...this connections to the past. Staff was very helpful, and when I asked to move us to lower level- they organised exchange rooms with a younger person. House has got a beautiful garden with wonderful mature trees...Just magic... And it was a very nice breakfast! Olga Rosenzweig

Quaint old room with original beams in the loft space. Had everything we needed. Bar area and outside restaurant area both lovely. Good breakfast.

Hotel a little tired behind the scene and room very hot but we enjoyed our stay.

Great welcome from Frederick and enjoyed the attic room Good to get great food in the rear terrace which very good Thanks to morning staff who returned my left out book and a easy departure
