My room located next to the fitness room was can hear and feel when people were using the treadmill so not as soundproof. Would be nice to have curtain or door to block the sink area to the bed for a little more privacy for both people.

Yust exceeded my expectations. From Antwerp-Berchen station I took bus 30 in perron 2 and in 10 minutes I was at the hotel. From the kind reception, to the modern decoration, to the facilities, comfort of the bed, shared kitchen to the technologies applied in the place, they left me with the certainty that on another trip to Antwerp, I will stay there again. I stayed in a female room and it was very quiet. The other guests were quiet and sharing the bathroom was not a problem. Congratulations to the Yust designers!

All the facilities are modern, comfortable and immaculate. The beds give you privacy and the bathroom and shower are very nice. The lockers are super spacious. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. They offer free coffee and they will store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.

They called me during the week to tell me at the last minute that they could not accommodate me because their system was overbooked. After hours of uncertainty, they resolved the situation and helped me keep my reservation. I suggest that they review and improve their system. The breakfast could be better for the price. You can get a better breakfast outside for that price.

I love the design of the lobby, the cosy atmosphere and the super friendly staff. We got a map upon checking with good to recommendations about the neighborhood. Bikes to be rented were absolutely OK! (There could be a basket in the front or the back, so you can drive back easier with the treasures found in the city :) )

There were minor things: I found the mattress soft (I am used to hard), the drawer in the bathroom under the sink did not open, the TV was logged out from the provider and calling the reception and leaving a message to them did not work (you should go down and ask in person), we were late with breakfast and found empty baskets and boards (no bread, no ham, no yoghurt), after asking it was filled again. Really minor things.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating, the hostel is kept very clean. Some of the best facilities i've seen in any hostel & i love the design of the lobby and the bedrooms. The rooms have lockers that can be opened with the room card. A lot of thought went into the design of the hostel.

The rooms need better ventilation, the first room i went into stinked from sweat (and my sense of smell is not so sensitive), so i asked to be moved to another room. It still had the smell after a while (though milder) but i opened the window occasionally to let it out. Also, the entrance constantly stinks from cigarette smoke, its a roofed enclosed area and people are always smoking there which traps the cigarette smoke, and even when people are not smoking anymore it still constantly stinks there. Overall i still think the hostel is good.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! The reception is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable, with curtains for privacy, a spacious shelf, a reading light, charging port and a free towel. The laundry is only €5 per wash, with free dry. The kitchen is clean and spacious, with plenty of utensils and fridge space. The bathrooms are very luxurious, with a huge amount of room in the shower. I love the lockers in the room - big enough to fit big suitcases and lockable with your room card so they feel incredibly secure. It’s close to some great cafes - Kornel, Caffènation and Nives in particular!

Nothing, everything was great!

The hostel is beautiful! A charming lobby! There is space to read, to work, to relax. I liked the organization of the beds and respective closets, with a very comfortable mattress, curtains that provide privacy and individual lights and sockets. The team was very helpful. I had a beer at their restaurant in the evening and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive! I was able to easily go to the train station and also to museums.

A guest wrote something in a review that caught my attention and it's very true: the doors and locks make a LOT of noise. I tried to be silent out of consideration for other guests in the shared room, but it is impossible to be silent. You open and close the door and it makes a loud noise.. the toilet cabin doesn't have a seal, so you hear everything, since the bathroom is inside the room. There is a lack of lubrication in the facilities. And, yes, at night it is very dark, depending on the person. She won't feel very comfortable. Another thing is that they offer space for suitcases, but it's not safe: it's just a space where you open the door and leave your suitcase there, along with several other suitcases.

Location was great, right next to the tram line which was super easy to use once you got used to it. Room was fantastic and spacious. Loved the loft bed!

I was frustrated that Booking.com has not helped this property with a scam/hacking issue that has not been resolved. I received a ton of emails that were from scammers asking me to confirm my credit card number and had to email the property several times to make sure everything was booked. Others that I traveled with that booked outside of Booking.com did not have this issue. I had texts sent from WhatsApp and loads of emails. I wish Booking.com could fix this problem for them as the staff and property were wonderful.

Location, close to transport links that can then get you to the major stations, or walking 20 minutes will get you close to the Bercham station Staff, kind and friendly, very helpful in all instances Rooms, really spacious, offers a nice bed along with some extras like a free towel and ear plugs, huge lockers and a bathroom located in the dorm room. There's a fitness room and a shared kitchen out in the corridor too

There were a few stains on my privacy curtain There was a bit of noise from the outside as people were walking past the rooms

The ladies at the reception were charming- polite but honest too, kind and always ready to help; Interior is amazing, stylish, convinient for work as well as for chill- they have most comfortable leather sofas and interesting little details all over the place; Complementary coffee and tea very delicious; Rooms are spacious,clean with comfortable bed. Dormitory with privacy of almost private room.Tolilets were clean and spacious; Location is in lovely residential area not far from center; Atmosphere is just for you to wish to chill there even if you are not a guest of hostel

I did not have a chance due to bad weather to experience rooftop terrace which i presume it is lovely too.
