The location was very good and have big rooms

The house keeping was very bad Torn bed sheets and cigarette holes on the bed sheets Towels not clean it have orange and black spots on them

When you enter the building at the front counter you greeted by happy people who willing to assist you on your arrival. The breakfast was good. They had a pool, massage palor, and a nice equipment gym room. Which im disappointed that i didnt get a chance to use. It also had a bar next to the pool. you could play darts or shoot a game of pool. They also had a dance floor inthe adjacent room.

The mattress on bed was a little too firm for me. I asked for a topper to be added. It help some.

1- the room setting three rooms combined as a suite and has a door when closed it becomes as a suite with its privacy and isolation of noise is perfect 2- staff are nice (Hussain and his colleagues) 3- breakfast is ok maybe needs to increase variety of food 4- parking is available (indoor & outdoor) 5- TV has good range of channels 6- smart control unit of room amenities (lighting, AC, etc) beside the bed is amazing 7- shower is nice and water flow is strong

1- outdoor parking is partially shaded, and don’t know WHY not all are shaded especially during hot summer days and when it’s raining 2- breakfast staff weren’t that friendly (remember that smiling doesn’t cost anything) especially my stay was during 3 days Eid holidays, one staff stopped us from sitting on one table after we put our plates, he said it was reserved for management, although it was 10 minutes before end of breakfast time. they also start removing food before end of real time. 3- breakfast varieties are a bit limited 4- check in took a long time

It was a great stay, I stayed for 3 nights, the price was amazing the staff was really helpful and professional, and welcoming. I choose the hotel for cleanliness and it was over my expectation. the room was very clean and quiet and all that I need was there. the bed is very comfortable, the hotel's facilities are excellent, the parking area is big and a lot of parking is available. the hotel has a great dining area. and it is a good choice for families. the room service was great and fast. unfortunately, I didn't try in-room dining but from what I heard the food is good over there. For sure the hotel will be my choice for my next visit to Bahrain.

Just one small problem with the lights and AC, I can't turn off the lights in the room unless I pull out the card from the slot, and the AC was little bit cold.

They finally renovated the rooms. Very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is very clean everywhere. Location is very conveneint. Many supermarkets and restaurants around the area.

Still not able to access the web browser on the smart tv.(blocked) They start taking 50BD as deposit for property damage, and you will be refund in cash during check-out

Excellent expereince

Everything except the Billing method. If you book through booking.com the hotel refuses to give a receipt. They advise the guest to collect it from Booking.com Which is very absurd. Booking.com should take care of this issue. Otherwise, I have to go to other hotels that give receipts upon checkout.

The Hotel location is accessible from many routs in bahrain. the Hotel has many activities going on yet the rooms are away from the noise.

The room cleaning time should be appointed at 10:00 am not at early afternoon when you are looking for a nap.

In general Hotel is good but I could not find anyone on entrance to help me offload my suitcase. This is must specially for senior persons like me. Breakfast restaurant staff is good service is good. I would recommend adding some more dry fruits and Kadak, Masala Tea to Menu. Freshly squeezed orange juice would be very good.

There was some disturbance at entrance as renovation work was going on. There is confusion about the lifts located backside. Staff on front desk should inform the guests.

Nice gym with good equipment, pool was alright as well, staff were nice and professional and check-in was a breeze. Location is very central and Wi-Fi was okay.

Sound proofing is very poor, I could practically hear everything from the next room. The arrangement of the rooms makes the noise problem worse. First time at this hotel and when I asked for an ice bucket, I was asked to pay!!!!

Both my wife and I and our friend received room upgrades to the very spacious suites. The rooms were fantastic. Bathrooms were very well appointed with a nice walk in shower and large bathtub. Really nice quality fittings. The room also had a kitchen area although we didn't use this. There was a vast choice of food at breakfast. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Location is perfect for the buzzing nightlife.

There is no plug socket next to the bed, which was a bit of an issue for us as I have medical equipment that needs to be plugged in on the bedside. Also, not able to leave phone on charge next to you which is necessary when using your phone as an alarm. Only other point I would say is the windows need cleaning on the outside in order to enjoy the view.
