The comfort rooms are very spacious and have a wonderful view. I definetely recommend them.

The breakfast was average, but nothing to get excited about. The rolls weren't fresh from the baker, and the juice was disappointingly artificial—overly sweet and straight from a machine. If you're vegan, options are quite limited: mostly marmalade, chocolate spread, or some cucumber that you can put on your bread or roll.

The room was huge and the views of the mountains were fantastic. The breakfast was good with lots of choice 100yards from the bus stop to Innsbruck. Hall in Tyrol was a few minutes walk and a lovely centre with shops and cafes. The car park was large so always plenty of space.

The weather but hotel couldn’t arrange that.

I love this hotel! A really great, distinctive modern building that provides outstanding views from the bedrooms, which are spacious, well fitted out and spotlessly clean. The location in Hall im Tirol is great. The town is interesting and it’s a short trip into Innsbruck by either car or bus. The staff are amazingly friendly, and the bar/lounge and restaurant are great places to relax after a day of sightseeing or trekking etc! Plus there’s secure parking in the basement garage.

Spectacular views of the Inn river valley and of the surrounding Alps from BIG panoramic windows (get an upper floor room if you can - amazing), 60 second walk from the walled old town. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast. Downstairs parking was super-convenient. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Very bright, modern and splendid rooms. Very nice and spaceous wellness area and not much frequented. Most visitors just stay 1-2 nights

Good breakfast, but quality of the products is more on the cost efficient side. (Supermarkt standard, not too much local bio standards)

Very nice location, much quieter than staying in Innsbruck. Staff very kind. There is an underground parking with nice price (8 euro per day).

Prefer an upper level room, ours was on 1st floor and view was not nice (had some big shades) as per picture. Breakfast decent but not great variety of stuff. No refrigerator in the room. Prefer also a room with a shower, the bath tub was not convenient, a lot of water coming out.

The hotel is situated very close to the city center with all the cozy restaurants. Hotel room was very clean calm with amazing views. Excellent quality of food and spacious spa. We enjoyed our stay.

Basic hotel located in quiet part of the city near the historical core. There are plenty of restarurants, bistros and cafes nearby. The rooms are soundproofed, WiFi is fast. Room equipment is basic, without mini-bar, but still comfortable enough. Check-in and check-out was without issues. The staff is kind and professional. The breakfasts were rich and delicious.

Extremely comfortable bed, nice view over the Hall in Tirol old town, rich and tasty breakfast with many fruit and vegetable options, clean and spacious room.

The bathroom door doesn't close properly, so it always remains a little bit open and you don't have complete privacy. The hotel is quite far from the Innsbruck town, if you go by foot, but at least is very close to the public transportation.
