The location is excellent with easy access to the city by tram and just behind Bay st which is full of restaurants and cafes. The beach is also at the end of the street. The apartment was small but suitable for our needs as a family and reasonably priced. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals. It was also very quiet at night.
You can only see out one of the windows as the other windows had been covered with laminate with beach scenes. This made it feel a bit enclosed as less natural light. I understand that this was done because the view out the windows was of other buildings/walls, but being able to see out of a few windows would be better! The apartment was clean, but we found an old pair of shoes in the closet from a previous tenant which had been missed by the cleaners, and also we only had one extra blanket in the closet which did not look clean.

Great location and our top floor east facing apartment was very spacious with nice furnishings. Nice to be close to the fresh sea breezes and the view from the balcony of the sunrise on the central city was amazing.
We were there for 9 nights and the unit was not topped up with dishwasher tablets (only 2 supplied), coffee, tea, toilet paper…we had to chase down the service assistant as they were cleaning other apartments. They locked the door a few minutes prior to our checkout time of 10.00. If I was not in the apartment to open the door for my husband on a return trip to collect the remaining luggage we would have been locked out…this is extremely costly if people are catching international flights. As a courtesy the lockout should be a little later rather than earlier.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet considering I was on a middle floor. Lovely location for city and beach.
The bed was made with the triple sheet method rather than doona/duvet covers. Making the bed each day took longer, as did the full change when I washed as I was a long term stay. Although I was in the most "basic" apartment, the windows looked straight onto another wall, although I don't think this is the case for all the flats.

It was refurbished, comfortable and great location.
It had a stain and mould in one corner of the lounge from the roof obviously leaking.Also the parking facilities were not what I expected with me wanting two nights to park but could only be catered one due to the induction being offered on my second day which I didn’t use as I required two nights / days for it.Also lock out exactly on ten am was ridiculous, should have at least a half hour grace. My luggage got locked in my room when I went to get it at 10.02am. Having it unmanned at the front I didn’t like either. I think a staff member should be at the location for safety reasons ,assistance and to meet and service peoples stay and needs.

Apartment was well positioned in Port Melbourne. Close to beach, restaurants, supermarket and the tram was 5 min walk away. Apartment was spacious and clean. There was a communal rooftop which had a fantastic view of the City especially at night. The apartment was very family friendly with a good size balcony.
The beds where uncomfortable, mattresses were very hard - probably need to be replaced and that there is no onsite management.

Excellent position within 7 minutes walk of the last 109 line station. The train takes 12 to 15 or so minutes to get to the city depending on time of day. Very convenient to the beach and to the bay street shops. The shared rooftop area was an excellent place to relax and look at the view.
The only problem was the sound and light from the living room into the bedroom. The bedroom door is not solid but rather a large timber surrounded glass panel. As a result at night it was not possible to exclude light or sound from the TV if one person is up and one is in bed.

Very close to cruise terminal. Walkable. One street back from beach. Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants and supermarket. Modern.
Rooftop was filthy. Rubbish overflowing. Not cleaned during our 4 night stay. No extra bin liners in apartment. Would be nice to have more than 2 towels. Not serviced unless requested. No manned reception, so awkward with luggage if arriving early (from cruise etc).

Great location for anyone wanting to access port Melbourne's ship terminals. Is also a lovely part of Melbourne for any visitor, with easy access to public transport.
Only small quibbles, for example there was no cutting board, and only a small amount of uht milk capsules so coffee for 4 in the morning was a bit muddy. Otherwise pretty happy.

Good Position close to beach and shops. Modern, light and bright, lovely large balcony.
Restricted height of vehicle stacker as our vehicle would not fit. Minimal kitchen utensils. Although most rooms and areas where cleaned well the ensuite had not been cleaned we actually complained and a housekeeping came and attended to emptying the bin and cleaning properly.

Great location, clean and well appointed. The amenities provided were appreciated and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Nothing much that was within Hamptons Apartment’s control. What did frighten us on one of the nights was a random stranger tried to enter our apartment. That was scary as he was very persistent and left only when banged on the door aggressively and threatened to take action.
