Location was close to where I needed to be. Caught the bus from airport to city and walked a few blocks to the hotel, very pleasant easy walk. Loved the pool, spa and sauna after a full day I even went early morning before I headed out for the day and it was just the ultimate start and end to each day. Very comfortable bed and nice pillows

Lack of sunlight in the room, but that is just due to the location in the heart of the city. Also when I arrived to my room, the fridge/freezer had frozen up and the fridge door would not shut. I reported it and someone came in, shoved a towel inside the freezer and fridge and didn’t return. I ended up defrosting it myself. Not difficult to do, just an inconvenience that I didn’t need. The towels in my room were quite thin and not nice to use. The pool towels were much nicer, thicker and softer The shower in the room dribbled - did not like it at all. I preferred to use the pool shower which was much more pleasant

The view and the location

No toothbrushes provided, buffet was average, room service was not great, parking was an added $60 not even attached to the hotel, and the room we stayed in was not sufficiently cleaned.

Great room with kitchenette, lounge, comfy beds and table to eat at Fridge, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board Hair drier and great full size products in bathroom. Great Bar and Restaurant ( would be nice if happy hour was a little longer). Lovely access to cold water on returning from a day out, the newspapers free to read daily and of course the fabulous pool, spa, sauna and gym and laundy for guests. Very close to tram stop in collins street is a great bonus.

The sound of the toilet dripping, the sound of the vent at door ( like the inlet for a/c ) which goes even when a/c is off. 19th floor had hot water pressure but that is sort of understandable.

Great location to everything, the bed was comfortable, our room was clean, the restaurant was great, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful

Didn't like the location of the room behind the lift shafts, could hear the lift going up and down and no window in the bedroom which made the room dark. The room was booked for 3 adults with request of foldaway bed, but was only set up for 2 adults on arrival, this was sorted quickly after arrival, but every day housekeeping removed 3 used towels and only replaced with 2 clean towels so had to keep asking for an extra towel at reception, every day, also housekeeping don't check when toiletries are running out, no hand wash/shower gel on arrival so another request was made to get these replaced

Very nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a view overlooking the river and South Bank. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. The kitchen had the right equipment for us to cater for ourselves. The swimming pool was very nice, I didn’t use the gym but it looked like a good selection of equipment. Great location with tram stops very close by. The hotel was quiet at night. The reception staff were pleasant.

We had some trouble with the aircon in our room not working effectively. It didn’t seem to cool very well and didn’t seem to be adjustable. A few minutes of maintenance to tighten the loose screws in the kitchen and bedroom cabinets would make a difference. There was a huge rooftop fan on another building directly outside our room windows which came on at 6am and woke us …..and it stayed on until 8pm some days. I guess we were just unlucky with our room position right next to it. Since we were out all day and the room is double glazed, the noise only bothered us a little and having the view went a long way to outweighing it.

Fantastic room on a high floor with an incredible view of Southbank & the city. Very quiet, no noise disturbance - we barely heard any other guests (not sure if our neighbours were as lucky due to my kids!). Apartment was spacious with room to spread out, and loved having a separate bedroom to living space. Fantastic facilities - appreciated the full bath, espresso machine in room, pool, buffet breakfast downstairs, and awesome having a restaurant on site and room service options. Was perfectly convenient for travelling with kids, everything we needed on-site.

Only thing I missed in-room was laundry facilities, but there is a communal one downstairs. King bed was two singles together, and with 3 in the bed I unfortunately was stuck on the join in between which was a hard bump, so some extra padding would have been good. The provided car parking arrangements were the main disappointment - double the price of what other hotels offered per 24hrs, and I would have understood that if it had been more convenient (ie private / closer / accessible from inside the building) but it is around the corner and a bit of a walk away which was rather inconvenient especially with luggage. I ended up arranging parking much cheaper elsewhere the same distance away.

The location is perfect. Very close to Flinders Street Station, Elizabeth / Swanston / Collins square where the happenings are in Melbourne - especially the restaurants, South Gate by the Yarra River. All these places are within 5-10 minutes walk. Love the fact that this property is a condotel, where it has a fully furnished kitchen, a separate living room, and working area. Very convenient considering I travelled for work. The gym is well-equipped with decent gym facilities. The pool is rather small, but it is heated and good enough for doing laps. We were given the opportunity for a late check-out, which is very helpful, so that we could take the time to go around the city first in the morning before we checked-out. There are 7-Elevens close by, within 2 blocks away. Woolworths / Metro / Coles are also only around 5 blocks away, in between Flinders and Elizabeth.

- The internet connection is unstable - The furnitures are rather old - There was no balcony and the windows cannot be opened. The exhaust fan in the kitchen does not work properly as a kitchen exhaust fan is supposed to work, so be careful if you cook or heat something with the stove. The smoke can fill the room and cause the smoke alarm to go off, just as it happened with our neighbor

Loved the buffet breakfast - simple but practical and tasty. Great view of Southbank from our room on the 18th floor. The room was comfy and had everything we needed - nicely furnished. The pool was nice and clean. This was a better experience than some upper end hotels I've stayed at. In a central location while avoiding excess hustle and bustle.

The bathtub looked a little dirty. The sealant was all back and moldy which is off putting in an otherwise good bathroom. The shower-bath lacks a door, combined with oor bathroom ventilation it gets very humid. The ventilation is quite loud in the room.

The room was wonderful, generous in size, super comfy bed, a kitchenette, and an ok view from the 16th floor.

The shower was over the bath which was quite a step to get into. There was only one towel rail aside from the one in the shower, which meant your towel got wet from the shower! We paid for breakfast with our room, the breakfast was very average. In a city that's known for good coffee, the coffee at breakfast was really terrible, undrinkable. I would not recommend purchasing breakfast.

Return stay here. Good location, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade to a city-view room. Kitchenette was great, even 2 hotplates. Good value. Toilet was running when we arrived, maintenance came within the hour and fixed the issue (although it still made a dripping noise as it refilled, but was only about 30 seconds). Iron was leaking and not heating, this was replaced promptly. Good customer service, staff were helpful and smiling.

FYI it is a small bath and the shower is over bath. Limited space to pull up and unload. Not really a negative for us though.
