We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and chose to stay here again as we like the theatre area location being quieter than the middle of town. It's a close walk to restaurants, shops and 10 min walk Melbourne Park and Southbank. The room layout and size was good. The apartment was very clean with hairdryer and toiletries included. The kitchen area was equipped with basic cooking and cleaning items and had a full size fridge. Reception staff were friendly and efficient and we were able to store our luggage for the day as we had a late flight.

The shower head needs replacing. Only a small amount of water flowed out and in a heavy flow. The air con unit was under the window which meant it was covered with the curtain at night for privacy.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location, with nearly every attraction within walking distance. The rooms are impeccably clean, featuring large, spacious interiors. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.

The staff were indifferent, and the reception was frequently unattended. Instead, guests were provided with a phone number to call for assistance, which was inconvenient, especially for tourists with roaming charges. Additionally, there were no clear instructions on how to reach the reception from international numbers, making communication difficult.

I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment by receptionist as I've got mobility issues and forgot to request no stairs. She went beyond my expectations in so far as giving me the upgrade, so I didn't have to climb stairs. Location for me was perfect for my stay, close to public transport and if I was going, the theatres are right next door. Will stay again in the future.

The signage out the front is terrible and needs to have something done. I walked past the property twice without even realising it was right near me. Signage is on the wall out the front, who looks on a wall for signage, you look overhead or for at least a descent sign at the front instead of a small plaque/tile that unless you're right on top of it you can't read or see it. I had to call the hotel for help as I'd spent almost an hour trying to find the hotel

This was my second time in this hotel. It had everything i needed mini apartment or studio apartment.It was Clean the staff were helpful and friendly good area close to shops, not far from train station.Theatre district.

The apartment I was in different from previous stay,had an elevated bathroom the step up to bathroom was a bit high so for anyone who has mobility problems or for the elderly it is not suitable. Not all rooms have the elevated Bathrooms. Also through no fault of the hotel outside my window at around 1.30am there were workers doing night shift and unfortunatly they were talking very loud none stop for a couple of hours so my sleep was interrupted Couldnt get back to sleep until they left.

The location was great! Short walk to China town, flinders street station, Spencer street mall, DFO, casino, Marvel Stadium and more! The hotel was very clean and a great size. They had a normal size, hand held, portable hair dryer which would make getting ready with multiple people super easy so you aren’t hogging the bathroom. The parking instructions made finding the car park super easy and it was a very easy walk from the car park to the hotel. Would definitely go back.

The floor is very creaky so it sounded like people were walking around your room/outside when in fact they were upstairs

Location was superb as it was central to everything that we intended to have a look at. The room was exactly what we wanted, somewhere to relax after a long day on our feet and having the air con there to warm us up was great. The bed was comfortable and let us recuperate after a few long days exploring Melbourne.

The couch was probably the only thing that did let the room down, it was quite low and not the most comfortable but it did the job. The lack of somewhere to put the rubbish on our way out each day was the only other thing but the receptionist was lovely and got rid of it for us anyway.

The location was fantastic as we were in the centre of Melbourne and so close to everything. We were pleasantly surprissed as we had originally booked a studio room and were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The room was comfortable enough and bright and airy as we were able to open the windows to let fresh air in. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bedroom and wardrobe for hanging your clothes. Staff very friendly and only to pleased to help. There is an elevator and also the option to use stairs as well.

There was only one bedside table and one bedside lamp. The images on line did not quite match the room. The bathroom lighting was quite dim even with 2 lights on. We thought we would have had a table with 2 chairs but there was only a desk table as soon as you walk in the door with one chair so we had to sit on the couch to eat and the loungeroom space was quite pokey with a 2 seater lounge, a big coffee table then TV and not much room to move around with the kitchenette behind the lounge. The dishwasher was not working and one of the electrical switches had a crack in it and the tap to the sink was quite loose.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Room was enormous, and with the terrace overlooking Collins St, it was even more special. Parking was a breeze, and with the hotel validation, was very affordable. Nice hot shower, comfy beds, two good tvs. Plenty of linen, milk in the fridge. Lots of toiletries, tea/coffee etc. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge. Air con heated the whole apartment. Excellent location with safe and secure after hours access. Have already booked to come again in August 😄

A little noisy, being so close to the trams and a busy main street. No curtain in second bedroom made for a bright overnight and morning. No frypan that worked with the induction cooktop.

The suite I stayed in was very spacious and set back from the street, so relatively quiet for the CBD. Very conveniently located near everything I did, such as an easy walk to the MCG for the Saturday night match. The hotel entrance is almost directly opposite the Regent Theatre, which was a useful landmark to help find the place late at night. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good and hot.

The curtains in the bedroom still let in some light, despite being maximally drawn. I requested a late check-out during the check-in process and was told I could stay till 12 midday. However, the room service was not informed by the desk and were wanting to make up the room at 11am🤔.

Convenience of a central location in the heart of Melbourne for the purpose of attending an official function at Federation Square. I flew in from the NT without sleeping for 27 hrs. and it gave me the opportunity to have 4 hrs. sleep before attending my function, then going out for dinner afterwards with my Wife. We will be definitely visiting again. Thank you

Nothing. The experience was perfect for this occasion. Rendezvous with my Wife after being away from home for 4 weeks on business, reconnecting with colleagues to share experiences then going out for a night on the town afterwards......what's not to like about this!? Loved every minute of it. Thank you for accommodating me on short notice with a very reasonable room rate for my day stay (booked after my initial night stay)
