The location is perfect. Super close to the tram stop, supermarket, restaurants, and Marvel stadium. The apartment was great for our family of 4. The 2nd bedroom was very small however was fine for our 7 day trip. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.
The reception and building are not in the same spot. The communication regarding this was excellent, so I was aware. It is only a short 5 minute walk however its hard with kids and luggage. It would be beneficial if the hotel supplied luggage trolleys for people checking in and out. Beds are soft and not very comfortable.

We had an incredible stay at the waterfront rental apartment in Docklands. The views of the Yarra River and the skyline were absolutely stunning, making each moment spent there truly enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was definitely the New Year’s Eve fireworks, which we got to watch right from our apartment—an amazing way to ring in the new year! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the amenities provided made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Amazing Location exactly on waterfront. amazing place to live if you are going with family. all the amenities are near by.
I was a bit taken aback regarding 2 points: 1. parking charges. the staff kept on saying it is mentioned in booking.com regarding payments. however, when the email communication was exchanged, they never even mentioned it is chargeable. they only asked if i needed parking. after much debate, i was refunded 50% of the parking charges. I am not too happy about it. 2. Yes, you can see the fireworks at the bridge from the balcony, which is great. however that is only 9 pm fireworks. if you want to see the midnight fireworks, you cannot view the city fireworks. for that you need to go down to the garden area to see.

the two bedroom apartment was spacious and two bathroom was a bonus. We got a full kitchen to make some meal during our stay. The view of Dockland was great and enjoyable. There were multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The best part is the tram station downstairs which was our everyday travel option into the city and Melbourne park for AO 2025, during our 6 days stay. Indoor secure parking was easy to use, with an additional daily cost.
The building seems to be a bit old and there are quite a few carpet patches and furniture scratches. The bedroom window sealing was not very good, and we could hear kids playing downstairs and feel cold air coming in at night, however not a huge issue. There was no light at shower area, but the bathroom light was sufficient.

Where do I start? We wanted to finish our month long tour of Australia with a flourish so pick this apartment in Docklands, Melbourne. Picked the key up from an extremely helpful and pleasant woman in the office who explained everything to us including how to get to the property. It was on the 20th floor of the Nolan building with stunning views back across the city. It was clean and immaculate two bedroom luxury apartment (sharing with our adult daughter). It was a comfortable bed, powerful shower, well equipped in every category (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, lounge). It had paid for private parking and there were plenty of local cafes for breakfast and a shopping centre near by if you wanted to cook. It was a short walk into the city or you could travel further by the trams which stopped virtually outside. Flawless.
Just disappointed that we could not stay longer.

Great location, cleanliness, linen. The apartment block was great, manager there was very helpful and having a safe place to park the car (paid extra) was great. View is spectacular and we were very surprised at how quiet and calm it was. No traffic noise at all. Proximity to Free Tram line for Melbourne CBD was perfect. Awesome to get a 3bedroom home for our family of 5. It was more than we would normally spend, but met our needs so we lashed out a bit as it's hard to find full sized beds with 3 bedrooms.
Initially, Awkward trying to figure out the key pickup being a completely separate building on a completely different block to the apartment. But staff were helpful when we reached out in confusion. Maybe a photo of the office and a map would help? The internet & TV didn't work for us at all. TV reception very poor. And no internet to even attempt foxtel, and it wasn't logged in either. But we were home too late everyday so too late to advise staff to rectify it.

We arrived late in the evening, and the instructions which we had been given to collect our access keys were easy to follow. Large, clean and very comfortable apartment, with a great view over the Marina and the Dockland area. Very well appointed with all the facilities needed for a fairly long self catering stay, and well sited for easy access to the free tram service covering the Melbourne CBD. The office staff were very friendly and efficient and most helpful in storing all our luggage for us between clearing out and departure to Melbourne airport. Free wi-fi access service was very good and much appreciated

We enjoyed everything. The location is close to the free tram zone, which includes the tram station. The views were breathtaking. Particularly since we travelled with elderly people and a toddler, the flat is right next to the docks and is a pleasant place to stroll. Additionally, the rooms are clean and roomy. It's a peaceful place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
Unfortunately, the reception is located close by but in a different building. It was difficult to visit each of the three apartments we had reserved because they were all in separate buildings, but if you don't mind walking a few blocks, everything should be fine.

Location was nice with a bird's eye view of the harbour. Parking is available in the building, though with a charge. Very near the tram station.
Not everything works...coffee machine, WiFi... no land line phone in the apartment, so a bit tricky for me from overseas to contact property management. My email (via mobile phone) to report Internet problem was only reply after almost 36 hours, with another router being set up during my final day of stay. There was overnight alarm noise over Docklands...which affected our sleep.

Excellent location and where we wanted to be. Apartment was clean and did have a beautiful view of the marina. It was easy access from underground parking to the apartment. Apartment space was good. Air-conditioning was very good and cooled the apartment within a few minutes, great for the hot weather during 2 night stay. Enjoyed the use of apartment facilities. Easy walk to access restaurants, shopping and public transportation - great evening walks along the waterfront. Sunset and sunrise were amazing. Apartment surroundings was quiet, safe and secure.
Disappointed that the expectation of the apartment booked was not as per the pictures on the website, understand there is a variety of apartments on offer but pictures should reflect what is stated by check-in & check-out staff as the best - no details of wifi password provided - a leak in ensuite walk-in wardrobe during stay. Access to pool via stairs was ok but not ideal for safety between the floors. Elevator to access ground floor felt a bit unsafe at times.
