Close to station, under cover parking, close to relatives that we wished to visit, had laundry for our longer stay
Poor exhaust fan in bathroom, broken plug in bathroom, no plug in laundry, kitchen sink plug broken, no broom to sweep up only dustpan, no appliance instructions, lack of power points in kitchen needed to unplug appliances to use another. Very basic kitchen ware, hall way was never cleaned over the 4 day period . Rush left outside lift doors in parking areas.

I didn't see or hear about breakfast....
The Lift right side was out of order. Right lift didn't collect us out from the Roof experience. I had to call reception and an employee came up in lift to help us get back to our floor. As the lift never went above 9 at request from above at roof. Enjoyed pool, it was a little green. Gardens needed weeding.. Nice views from our friends and colleagues rooms. 👏 Nice close spot. Affordable apartment style facility with Pool gym and a spe tabular roof. F we could get down from the roof. But we weren't game to go up at dusk...as fear of getting stuck up there. No lift working. Scary.

Love the location as we need to get to the exhibition centre. It was perfect for a stroll even though it was raining. Loved having the IGA close as well as a couple of good shops. The rooms was neat and tidy and had a good view as well.
We didn't realise there wasn't any parking - this was never mentioned on the website. There were a few small irritations. The folder in the room was out of date, there was an oven but no tray. The blind was on backwards which meant the blind roller would unclip after rolling it up and it would get stuck.

I stay often is cosy and comfortable, I like being able to sit out on the balcony after a long day with a glass of wine ! no view to speak of but way better than sitting than looking at four walls.
maggots around the Shute area for rubbish disposal. I raised this the week before when I stayed. also being charged for parking $15.00 when I did not use their car park. I have phoned many times regarding this, I have also sent an e mail. I am still waiting for a refund, and a "promised" return call from the manager, I flew into Brisbane caught a train to fortitude Valley, for my meeting, after which I was dropped off, and collected the next morning. all this has been explained many times. even on check I was asked for my car rego, I advised my car was safely parked in a garage in Rockhampton some 800 + Ks away. so yes I would like the $15.00 refunded to my credit card.

Location was good for what i needed, to be close to the valley, Bed was super comfy, kitchenette was super clean, lounge was comfy, it was very soundproof as there was no outside noise meaning i could sleep in whilst everyone was going to work and not waking me up with slamming doors and cars tooting horns Eateries were within walking distance, had a cafe and IGA across the road, although i didn't eat at the cafe it would be an option next time, coffee shops a plenty for the walk to work coffee
TV was small, could have been bigger and space would accommodate a bigger TV, no sound bar so volume and acoustics was poor, couch was comfy but small, could have been a bit bigger and compliment the level of accommodation eg 4 stars

dedicated parking space at a reasonable rate, design of the unit, lighting, even the view from a 3rd floor unit, explanation booklet, full size fridge, good size stove and microwave, washer and drier, good explanation signs. Note we had difficulty with our entrance key- the electronic message on it appeared too weak, but a clear sign indicated who to call and someone was there in 10 minutes to re program the keys (neither of ours would work). Note we had read the info in the booklet to avoid near contact with these keys to cell phones or other cards and did so keeping them both apart and apart from any interference- the stored info must have a weak strength as it worked in the elevator, but not at the building entrance nor for our unit. READ the direction in the provided in unit booklet! Neighborhood had stores, cafes and was walking near the Bowen Hills train station.
lack of furniture on the balcony, a few tv stations not available (eg Sky), no plug for the sink, no opener in the kitchen supplies

Proximity to the train station was great, the two bedroom apartment was a good size for 4 adults, and a bathroom for each bedroom. The studio apartment was spacious also. The reception staff were mostly very helpful.
The luggage storage prior to check in was disappointing, we were told to just leave our bags against the wall in the entry way which wasn’t what I expected. The pool was full of debris, just needed a quick clean and would’ve been a huge improvement.

I like the gym, pool looked pretty good. Plenty of space to stretch and do yoga and stuff. Friendly and accomodating staff. Fridge good size. TV was pretty dece and easy to use. Balcony was nice. PARKING SO GOOD. Easy to use keycard up and down. Good privacy. Rooftop BBQ was awesome!
What could have been better was the amount of cutlery available and bowls and stuff. Curtains were a bit mid, not fully blocking out sun, had to use a eye mask. Another towel or two would've been good.

Proximity to CBD and beautiful views of sunsets Aircon was awesome
On arrival, my husband took ± an hour to clean the kitchen of grime - oven too was really dirty(oven racks). Behind the stove, the splashback is still sticky. The extractor fan was too sticky to even pull out Noisey, with main roads surrounding the building Couch had marks on, so we covered it with a blanket for the duration of our stay

I liked every thing, When I arrived everything was immaculate. Fresh air available, A large sliding door that was easy to open allowing fresh air into the room. the only 2 complaints was there was only 1 teaspoon, the room was not serviced, I asked when I booked in they said the bed will not be made but the towels would be changed daily I had to ask for the towels to be changed. Otherwise I could not fault the Code Apartments. I had a view of the pool & Noticed that there was a gym there, unfortunately I did not have time to use it. I will be back. Thank you. Blessings
